Intro

Michael Ninn is AVN's most awarded director and tonight we're having a look at his official site. Ninn is known for his innovative approach to porn which combines artistic stylings with hardcore fetish action. With a fantastic cast and high quality scenes, I was thrilled for the chance to see more of Ninn's work.

The Pros

Very sexy, original scenes.

I've been a fan of Ninn's for a long time and I loved having access to all of these great scenes in one place. There's an incredible mix of action here, with everything from Euro glam posing to gangbangs to innocent-looking pornstars seducing gorgeous girl and boyfriends. Each scene I watched was hotter than the last. It's a very sexy, very high glamour collection that fans of hardcore action in particular will love.

High quality scenes.

Ninn and his crew know how to produce amazing scenes, with every detail attended to. From the fantastic locations to the costumed stars, everything is perfect. That extends to the actual filming, as well. The photos are very sharp and professional. The videos recently made the move to high definition and come in at 1440 x 1080. These are some beautiful scenes that are perfectly suited to the site.

Great-sized site.

The site has been online for nearly a decade so they've had time to build up a huge collection for members. There are currently roughly 1,000 galleries and approximately the name number of videos online. I spent hours going through this collection and barely scratched the surface.

Other Good Stuff:

Photos can be viewed in a slideshow.
The site design is very nicely done. It has a professional feel with just the right amount of text and graphics.
New scenes appear to be coming twice a week.
Photos can be downloaded in zip files, but you just have to go to the individual photo page to get the zip link.

The Cons

Navigation could be expanded.

Getting around the site wasn't particularly hard, but considering its size, I would have liked more than just a model index and a few basic categories. An advanced search tool would have really been an asset here.

A few quality considerations...

While overall I loved the quality of the scenes, there are a few things to keep in mind. First off, I was surprised that the photos weren't larger. They looked good, but 1024 x 683 was much too small. As for the videos, keep in mind that they're not all HD and that older scenes go down to 640 x 480.

Minor Negatives:

It was difficult to track down the update info. The best I found was on the coming soon page which indicates new material being added twice a week.
Videos can only be downloaded as mp4s. There are no other formats available.
Very little information is provided for the scenes. There are no descriptions, no file sizes, and no model biographies.

Bottom Line

A high quality collection of beautiful hardcore erotica.

Michael Ninn's site is a great join for his fans and anyone who enjoy hardcore glamour erotica. These are some beautiful scenes that I'd recommend to men and women alike. As far as the site goes, it looked great as well, although there is room for a few more user features. The price of $30 a month is easily justified by the large, high quality collection. This is a hot site that I will definitely be coming back to!
