Master Blaster Not strictly an error but BEWARE. I clicked your link for the first month for $9.99 promo. The page then loads with a $9.99/month deal preselected, **but it's not the 30 day membership!** It's the 12 month membership! After having already entered all my card info and about to submit the form, suddenly I noticed the incorrect amount. Dodged a bullet there I guess!

Staff Reply: Yes, they often make the default payment something other than the 30 days. At the time, we were also offering $9.99 for a one-month membership. That promo has expired and it's now $17.99/month.

Special K TBP stated that unlocking downloads would cost 14.99 more but after joining, trying to download a video takes you to a screen which requires payment of 29.99.

If there is a discrepancy then wouldn't they try to get this correct for there customers.

Obviously not.

So, unless they clearly state that downloads are extra and what it will actually cost a customer to acquire downloads after the join; I suggest you stay clear of Brazzers as their intentions are to deceive.

To those companies that clearly state that downloads are available before a payment is made; I appreciate your honesty. At least I know in advance how much it will cost for the privilege of downloading.

Why doesn't TBP keep a list of those companies that specify downloads before you join against those that don't so that those who may be interested in joining a site can do a comparison before they find out how much higher the cost of downloads as I would have surely appreciated that before I was misled as no one needs to be disappointed in their purchase as they will have been properly informed ahead of time.

I would have looked to those sites that have the cost of streaming against streaming/downloads clearly stated prior to purchasing a membership.

We always make a point to clearly state in our reviews if a site charges extra for downloads. Unfortunately, companies aren't in the habit of letting us know in advance if those costs increase so we rely on our users and/or an update to get that information up to date.

scammedIdiot Total scam and I'm reporting it as credit card fraud, have to watch ads for every video even after you join as a member, costs $30 to unlock downloads not $15, they probably don't have the video you want on the site that you joined. Better off screen recording videos off another site than paying upwards of $100 before you get what you want.

Staff Reply: The button to add downloads clearly states that they charge $14.99/month. However, users have gotten different (i.e., higher) rates quoted to them by a customer service agent. Other users have confirmed they paid the $14.99 as advertised, so maybe that price is only available as a self-service upgrade.

Staff Reply: The option to add downloads appears after signup at the bottom of every page. It appears as a yellow banner across the bottom when you check out individual scenes. The system will also prompt you to upgrade if you attempt to download a video before buying the upgrade.

Anonymous For months now, all image galleries accompanying videos are simply REALLY crappy, out of focus, blurry screen captures from the video. They appear to have stopped doing still photography and it really reduces the quality of the content and value of the subscription, especially when they're charging extra for downloads.

5) Make any updates to your web browser if there are any.

So you can either sign up for the $9.99 and upgrade with the $14.99 for downloads, which amounts to $24.98/month which isn't that bad, as it's roughly the standard cost of a monthly membership these days. There could be a few reasons for this, one is that the site removed those scenes temporarily to reformat them. Synergy Brealz Is there a limit to the Member Unlocked Scene List? Currently at 100. If I try to purchase another scene (101), it’ll go through for that log in, but if I log out and back in, it won’t appear anymore in my list (100). If there’s no limit, could there be a cool down? There maybe no official download limit but like some other sites I've come across if they deem your downloading to be excessive you get locked out of the feature. Whether video or pictures and tech support continually refuse to assist the problem.

TheCollector Rejoined Brazzers last week. I have been able to download videos from 2004 (1080p), 2008 (480p), 2009 (480p) and 2012 (1080p). All downloaded successfully. Maybe they've got the problem fixed or are they just remastering the old stuff?

Also, although downloads do cost extra, after a couple of days, I was offered the option to subscribe to downloads at $10/mo rather than $15/mo rebillable at $10/mo. Don't know if this is a holiday deal or not.

Staff Reply: Of course, we're not able to check every video pre-2009, but randomly going through the pages, none of them displayed a streaming player and the download link did not work for any of them. Maybe you got lucky with those 3 scenes? Do you remember which ones they were?

They should at least mention this on their tour and/or join page. I wasn't even given an option of a month-to-month download option, just the $79.99 "lifetime" download option, which doesn't include membership!

They are charging a whopping one time fee of 79 dollars for unlocking downloads and you will have to pay that again if you cancel and resubcribe. I won't be paying them again as this wasn't said anywhere on the site before subscribing.

AnonoDude Do you guys have any pull with Brazzers? All old content is unable to watch/download. This has been ongoing for about a year, based on some comments. I have paid for a sub only to find this out.

All that is displayed on the pages is a BLANK viewer without links to download or stream. These are just a few examples, but it seems that content before 2010 is unavailable. Even from major stars such as Rachel Roxxx! I've submitted a tech ticket to them, but I can assume where that's going to go!

Still using old codec (AVC) as well, so new videos now look accordingly bad.
