Public Violations features all exclusive videos of public debauchery. There's a lot of variety in the type of material they shoot. Sometimes they approach a random girl and get a blowjob or have sex with her, right on the beach or in the nearby alley. Sometimes they walk by a cute girl and pull down her panties, spank her ass, or dick slap her. The reactions are pretty damn hilarious. It's a nice mix of action with a fun theme.
Good quality material.
The video quality was solid. The scenes play at 2600k-3500k and are 1200 x 700 in size. That's impressive, especially for a site with this type of in-the-field material.
Good-sized site.
Porn Pros is a large site, with 312 scenes online. While the scenes themselves aren't terribly long, there are enough of them online to keep members entertained for quite a while.
Screencaps are offered for each scene and they can be downloaded in a zip file.
The site is easy to navigate. They've got categories, a model index, and search tools. Many of these tools are blended in with the rest of the network sites, but they still serve their purpose well.
Videos can be streamed in browser using Flash in two quality settings and downloaded as a wmv, mpg, and mp4.

No longer updating.
The last new scene was added here in April 2012. Updates were coming along just fine until that point when they abruptly stopped. There's no sign that they'll be picking back up again either.
There are too many upsells in the member's area. They've got big banners for other paysites, ads for meeting locals on personals sites, and across the top are links to live girls you can chat with. Even if it is their chat service, it's still something you have to pay extra for and it detracts from the overall look of the site.
The site design is very plain. Most of the graphics are ads, as mentioned above, and then there's text. It's not much to look at.
Watch out for the trial! It provides only limited access to the content and it recurs at a whopping $40 a month!
While the videos are labeled HD, they actually fall just short of true HD dimensions.
The photos appear to be screencaps, even those labeled "HQ Pictures."

Public Violations was one of those sites that I spent forever on, just going through their crazy videos. The mix of action is great and I loved that these were all exclusive scenes. It's a real shame that they've stopped updating. Still, they've got a great archive of material and it's well worth the discount price to join, especially with network access.
