Intro

Tranny Surprise is up for review today, and this site features pretty standard tranny on guy hardcore action. I don't know how much of a surprise it is, as these people seem to know that there are trannies involved, but the content is fun nonetheless. It actually comes to us from Reality Kings. It's one of their non-straight sites, as they do offer some gay and tranny material as well. You get full access to all their sites all for just $18 a month thanks to a special discount they've setup for our users.

The Pros

Newest videos look awesome.

There aren't a ton of them in the big picture yet, but the newest videos look really nice here overall. They come in huge, 1080p high definition files, and really can't be beat in terms of quality. Once these take over as a majority of their content, this site will kick it up a huge notch.

Network access included.

One of the best things about joining a Reality Kings site is just all the bonus network sites you get access to. Granted, a lot of them are going to be straight in nature, but they do have two other gay sites to check out if you just need more material.

Pretty large collection.

They have over 450 scenes up currently, which is impressive for any site with exclusive content. Add in the fact that this is all hardcore tranny material, and I think it makes it all the more important. There's definitely a lot to see here, and that really helps them stand out as well.

Other Good Stuff:

Their streaming video works pretty well here. They offer three quality options for the newest videos, a little filmstrip navigation, and it starts playing quickly enough without too much buffering.
Their content is exclusive here, just as you'd expect it to be.
They offer a nice category search now to help you filter things down. You can instantly see just the shower scenes, or the mature models if you want.
They don't go overly crazy within the niche, but they do offer fun tranny hardcore scenes here. It's probably one of the longer-running tranny sites out there at least.
Updates come in pretty regularly here once per week. At least they're quite consistent.

The Cons

Most quality needs work here.

The new HD videos only make up a small percentage of the overall content unfortunately. For a majority of the scenes, they are starting to look a little dated in terms of the quality. Since it makes up so much of the site, though, it could be a problem for some people. Hopefully they can crank up those 1080p videos to really help them take over in terms of numbers.

Minor Negatives:

There are more ads here than I generally like to see in a member's area. They definitely clutter up the site a bit. The FPA upon entering the member's area is something I haven't generally seen in a few years.
As usual, their pictures are very small for some reason. They look decent overall, but they need to bump them up to a respectable size.
Some of the newer files here can be HUGE. Granted, the HD video looks awesome, but watch out for slow downloaders.
Towards the end of their HD listings, there aren't any actual HD files available to download unfortunately. The newer ones offer full HD downloads, streaming, etc.

Bottom Line

A pretty large collection of tranny content, plus some nice network access.

Tranny Surprise didn't necessarily surprise me in too many ways, as the hardcore tranny content is pretty standard. However, they do offer a lot to see here, especially for the niche material, and are continuing to update steadily still. Network access helps expand that even further, though not all the sites may interest you. The new scenes look awesome in 1080p high def, but they really need more of them overall. I'd say there's not much they can do to improve except continue with the updates, continue with the high quality material, and maybe even get more niched out somehow. They're doing well overall, but the older content does hold them back a bit.
