Hardcore Blowjob Scenes.
I don't think the content here is exclusive (at least not the newer stuff), but it does fit its theme. The hardcore blowjob content is definitely extreme but not in the degrading sort of way. The sex is equally as entertaining, but I'd say the content overall is fairly general, unless you go back into the archives where more amateurs are featured. Oldest content even offers a solo scene along with the hardcore scene and digital images.

Site May No Longer Be Updating.
At the time of this review the last update was on November 10, 2009. There were only 2 updates in October and nothing before that since June. As you can see, updates are either extremely infrequent or simply not taking place.
Most Content Appears to be Non-Exclusive.
Especially with the newer content there are quite a few pornstars making appearances and the content seems more general than true to theme. They are blowjob cuts/scenes, but not exactly specifically made for a hardcore "throating" site.
Quality Needs Work/Not Enough DL Options.
The best bitrates I saw were around the 3500k mark, and while they looked nice the rest of the content comes in much lower than that with 640x480 your largest size format. The newest content only offers WMV for downloads, while some of the older stuff also offers an MPEG file. No quality options are given and zip files are not offered for the image sets.
Site Design is Lacking!
Browsing the pages is annoying because of the cluttering of content on the page. There are no browse features or search tools. No model index to speak of and content pages are inconsistently designed throughout. If you click on the link to go "home", it takes you somewhere other than Throat Fuck Next Doors main member's page and many links even brought me back to the tour page.

Scenes used to be good but their age is showing & updates are lacking.
Eh, this site just didn't do it for me. Not only does it not deliver on its promise of "the world's highest quality deepthroat videos...", but it also fails to even deliver updates, consistent site design and download options. The full-length video downloads are nice; the hardcore suck & fuck good too. I would just love to see them stream-line the site design a bit making for easier navigation (true model index, search, browsing features, etc.). Some updates might be nice too. Overall what you're paying for is Network access, but I really hope the other sites live up to their name better than Throat Fuck Next Door does.
