The last new scene was added to Teenage Delinquents in January of 2012. They were coming around once a month before that, when they stopped suddenly. I wouldn't join with hopes for new material.
The site design is really cluttered. There are some banners along with tons of links to the other sites in the network, so each page is filled with links.
Could use more video format options. Members have Flash streaming and WMV downloads and that's it. Additional downloadable formats might be appreciated.
The videos are hot but the site needs updates and growth that isn't happening.
Teenage Delinquents offers up some very entertaining bad girl scenes, and I enjoyed their high definition videos in particular. However, there are some issues here. The lack of updates is the biggest one. The site needs growth that just isn't coming. In terms of navigation and viewing options, the site is pretty basic. The only noteworthy positives are the network access and discount price. The site is worth a look for those attributes, but otherwise there's a lot of room for improvement.
