TAC Amateurs is up for review today, and this is basically an old-school AVS type site that focuses on solo amateurs with their own content. The girls vary a lot, just as the scenes and content do. You get access to more girls' content than you would on a single paysite, but you lose some of the interaction and extras that they might give. $30 a month gets you in the door, but that's just for this one site of theirs; if you want the others, you do get a discount, but it's not included network style.
The Pros
Very large collection overall.
If you're not too picky and don't mind diving in to all of their different girls and sites here, there's definitely quite a bit to see overall. There are almost 8,000 photo galleries, and over 5,400 videos up currently. That's a lot of fuckin content to come from 150-ish babes here.
Updates come often.
I don't think there's necessarily a set schedule or anything, but updates come in fast and often. This past week brought 22 photo galleries, and the same number of videos as well, which is quite impressive. Considering the content feels pretty dated, I'm glad to see they're still adding stuff here.
Other Good Stuff:
There's a huge variety of content here. With so many different types of girls (20 year old Americans to 45 year old Europeans), that you can find anything from solo posing to gangbangs, and more.
I like that most of the sites have a bio for the girl there. They can be pretty detailed, and is about the only personality or interaction you'll get.
The Cons
Navigation kinda sucks.
Ugggh, it's just an old-school way of doing things here. You have to find a girl you like, navigate to her page, and then browse through her photo and video sections. They do have a search at least, on their updates page, though it's a little quirky sometimes (but it's better than nothing!). I'd love to see a centralized photo and video section for the collection as a whole.
Quality is generally pretty low.
Everything looks dated here in terms of content quality. I don't know if the content is actually old, and they're just adding it as new material, or if they are actually shooting this stuff pretty current. I'd love to see a large jump in quality for the videos (HD anyone?), and a bump in size for the photos.
Minor Negatives:
Even the download options vary by site. Some offer streaming, some don't. Some offer WMV downloads, some don't.
There are no zip files available here for the photo galleries, which may be annoying for some.
Of course, there are quite a few sites here that haven't updated in months. In fact, they don't even put years on the content, so who knows on some of these sites!
There's not much interaction with the girls here, such as web cam shows, blogs, etc. that you might find on more traditional solo sites.
Bottom Line
Just a dated concept that offers up a lot of content, but pretty poor options and features unfortunately.
TAC Amateurs has been around quite a while, and that's very evident these days. The content feels dated, the site model isn't the norm anymore, and you're missing out on a lot of features that you might expect. Navigation is the first big problem, and then the low-quality content is close behind. The lack of interaction with the girls may disappoint some as well. They're doing well in terms of numbers and updates, but they need to get these girls producing better material overall in my opinion. Plus, a site redesign making navigation more intuitive would be pretty helpful as well. It's not a total loss with so much to see, but it could be so much better I feel.
