Saffron Taylor is up for review today, and her site is a solo site all focusing on her showing off her latex outfits; it's nice to see solo sites that have a little niche/fetish action going on. She's a tall platinum blonde girl who's quite hot, and has gotten into some fetish modeling over the last few years. She settled on the latex thing for her own site, but has also posed for many of the men's magazines. $30 gets you in for the first month, though that drops to $23 a month if you decide to stick around past that.
The Pros
Fun latex content.
As I mentioned earlier, I like the combination of a solo model with some kind of niche/fetish going on like this. I like the latex content will definitely help sell this site quite a bit, in addition to the good-looking main star of course.
Pictures look good!
They were all recently upgraded to 1600x1067 in size, including the earliest photo sets. The more recent ones are looking pretty nice with great lighting, great colors (especially from the latex outfits), and are just well put together.
Other Good Stuff:
Even the design of the site looked good to me here. It's nothing over the top, but was clean and looked great all around.
I'd have to assume that all of her content is exclusive here, as is the case for most solo sites out there.
The latest few videos are offered in high definition and look great. I look forward to the day when they make up a larger proportion of the site.
The Cons
Needs some growth.
At just over 50 photo galleries and just over 25 videos currently, it's a pretty small collection. She needs more content, and it's quite slow in terms of growth these days (see below). I'm afraid you could power through her current collection in your first week here and then be left with nothing to do.
Pictures don't look great when viewed online.
The script they use to display the pictures in your web browser was not my favorite. It somehow tried to enlarge them to your screen or something, but they just turned out all pixelated. The ones in the zip file looked a ton better, and are the ones I recommend.
Updates are quite slow overall.
Every week, they currently add either a part of a photoset, or a part of a video. The last two scenes have been broken up into three parts, though the scenes before that were posted in their entirety. This means that it's taken six weeks total for the entire scene to be put online, which is way too slow. I'd look for the full scene (whole video and all 60 pictures) to be put up weekly at minimum to keep up with the competition.
Minor Negatives:
I'm not sure why, but the videos are offered in zip files for when you download them. This can't save that much in terms of file size, and it just makes for an extra step that's a pain in the ass.
The "streaming" video they have here is actually just an in-browser Flash video, as you can't jump around the video right away unfortunately.
For the video downloads, they list the file size, which is nice. However, these are off by a few megabytes every time for some reason.
Her blog could be made a little more personal in my opinion. It currently lists her updates, but I'd love to get to know the model a little better here (or on a separate diary), especially since she doesn't have a camshow or anything.
Bottom Line
I like where the site is going, but it'll take some time to get there.
Saffron Taylor has a good idea of what to offer people here, and I like the newest content coming out. It's all in HD, looks great, and focuses well on her latex niche. However, things are quite slow-moving, with slow updates overall, and not enough to see yet. It'll take quite some time to really build up a solid collection at this rate, so I'm not sure how long you'll want to stick around. I'd also love to see a little more interaction from Saffron herself, maybe with some more personal blog posts, and a cam show here and there. Otherwise, I do like what she's offering, but would only love to see more of it overall.
