Rookie Swingers is up for review today, and this one chronicles couples who swap wives for the first time. Granted, most of these girls look like semi-pornstars and are quite comfortable in their situations, but the fantasy is there I guess. The Pros
Fun hardcore scenes.
The foursome action provides some different scenarios than you usually see with one-on-one sex at least. The girls can hookup, or they can double team someone at times. This isn't different-room swinging by any means, as the four of them definitely get it on in every possible combination.
Quality is great.
They call it HD, which it isn't quite, but it still looks great nonetheless. The videos are pretty sharp, well-lit, and offer good colors. They'd rival any HD videos you come across out there.
Network access included.
One of the better things going here is the network access. You get access to some pretty similar hardcore sites, all included with your membership. In fact, the layout, options, and quality will be identical wherever you go. You may even see some familiar models from time to time.
The Cons
Updates aren't dated, seem pretty slow.
Nothing is dated here, which seems to be hit or miss on their sites. That usually translates to bad news. We keep our own counts, and on average, they add a new scene monthly here. I don't know if that's still going or not, but at best, they're slow with the updates.
Site and navigation are quite plain.
Once you get into the content section (and out of the advertising first-page section), the site gets very plain. You just go page by page to find something you like hopefully. There are no options or features to help you find the content any faster.
Minor Negatives:
Even though it's not tiny, the site definitely needs some growth here. At just over 100 episodes, it wouldn't take you very long to have seen everything.
Only WMV videos are available for download here, in a single, full-scene option. If you click the WMV option in the streaming video area, that generally leads to a download as well, but it's still WMV only.
The older quality isn't quite as good, of course. Thankfully there's a decent amount of the higher-quality videos, but beware if you go back too far in their archives.
The download speeds varied a lot here, and ranged from average to downright slow. Sometimes they got as low as 1/15th of my max speed before bouncing back.
Bottom Line
Pretty much just as expected here with fun scenes, decent quality, but average options.
Rookie Swingers is spot on with what I was expecting here. The hardcore scenes are fun enough, and their (non-high-definition) HD video quality is pretty damn good. The same problems occur as on their other sites, with a plain site and navigation, the possibility that you've seen the content before as a plugin on other sites, and an unknown update schedule which is slow at best. It's a fine part of their network, but on its own, it's pretty average at best. I like the scenes and the quality, but the rest has to be brought up to par to really compete at all.
