Intro

Today we're reviewing the official website of gay pornstar Rod Daily. Rod has been in the industry for four years and he loves his job. He gets to have sex for a living with other gorgeous guys and we get to enjoy it all right here on his website. The site is very professional, with a nice design and high quality content, but there's still a surprising amount of personal touch throughout, as well.

The Pros

All exclusive content of Rod.

Rod is a gorgeous guy with a fantastic collection of all exclusive scenes. You can tell he loves what he does, whether fucking a buddy, having a threesome with another guy and a girl, or even participating in all-guy foursomes. Fans of buff models will love watching Rod use all his muscles in these great hardcore scenes that you won't find anywhere else.

High-quality pictures and videos.

The scenes here really look sharp. The downloadable wmvs play at up to 2000k and 720x480 in size. They're really clear and clean. The Flash streams even have a high definition option. The photos also looked great. They're around 1200x800 in size and generally well-lit and professional-looking. It's a good-looking collection of content.

Good interaction with Rod.

Rod seems to really be involved in his site. He has a blog that he updates every three days. It's interesting to read about his busy shooting and work-out schedules. He also does live shows for his members (next one is in 5 days). On The Set provides a great look behind the scenes of his shoots. The site has a surprising amount of personality!

Other Good Stuff:

Members have a few choices for watching these movies. You can stream it using Flash in three quality settings or download it as a wmv in two quality settings.
Quick downloads! Using the browser I got speeds of 900kbps while using a download manager the videos came in at 6.2mbps. No waiting needed for these scenes!

The Cons

Small collection.

Rod's site only launched five months ago so it's still quite small. There are currently just 35 galleries and 40 videos online. That's actually not too bad considering how new the site is. Still, it won't take long at all to see everything currently here.

Only the streams are HD.

So far, if you want to watch one of the high definition videos, you're limited to the Flash stream. There are no downloadable HD videos yet. Hopefully we'll see downloadable HD in the future.

Infrequent updates.

Updates are only coming every other week. That's an awfully slow pace, especially for a site that needs growth this badly. I'd love to see Rod step it up to weekly updates in the near future.

Minor Negatives:

The member's area had banners and links to other paysites and camsites. They make the site feel cluttered and detract from the overall look.
There are no zip downloads for the photo galleries.

Bottom Line

A high quality, highly entertaining collection with one sexy main man.

I had a great time reviewing Rod Daily's website. He's got a really high quality collection, a body to die for, and a nice amount of personality and interaction. The site definitely needs growth, but in the meanwhile the price is nice and low with the discount in place and there is plenty of additional content on the network to enjoy in between updates. More content is really all that's needed on Rod's site. All in all, it's a solid site I'd recommend to fans of Rod and those who enjoy buff guys in gay action.
