Intro

Our XXX Life is the website of young swinging couple Julie and Chris. They're a real amateur couple who love to fuck each other and their friends. Their website offers members access to their video collection which includes all their wild swinging adventures.

The Pros

Exclusive amateur content.

These are all original amateur scenes featuring Julie, Chris, and all their friends. This kinky couple meets other guys and girls around town and online and invites them back for a hot threesome. Sometimes it's 2 girls and 1 guy, sometimes it's 2 guys and 1 girl. Julie and Chris like to spice things up like that. I definitely got the impression that they have a blast in their scenes and that they'd be living this lifestyle even if it weren't for the website. This is a real amateur couple out to have a good time. It's an exclusive collection you're not going to see anywhere else.

Videos are offered in high definition.

I was surprised to see actual HD video on an amateur site! However, there it is, 1280x720. It may not have been the sharpest HD I've seen, but it was still good to see.

Other Good Stuff:

Videos can be downloaded in three quality options for WMV.

The Cons

Infrequent updates.

Updates are erratic and infrequent. There have been no updates in March. One video was added in February. Nothing was added in January. December saw one new video and November saw two. There hasn't been a photo update in a year. There's no telling when updates are coming here, but in general you're waiting months in between scenes.

Content quality could be better overall.

Quality was pretty average for an amateur site. The photos are good-sized, at up to 1200x900, but they have some lighting and sharpness issues. I had high hopes for the videos, which are high definition, but even they weren't as sharp as I was expecting. I figured that at 5000k and 1280x720, how could you go wrong, and they definitely looked better. However, they were not as sharp as other HD videos I've been seeing. I'm not sure why, but I thought they could have been sharper.

Small collection.

There are currently 81 videos and just 10 galleries. 81 videos isn't bad, but why just 10 galleries? I'm really surprised that section of the site isn't larger, but the whole collection could use some growth.

No interaction.

I was really surprised to find so little interaction on a site that was built with so much personality. The forum hasn't been touched in months. Camshows are suspended indefinitely. There's no journal. It's really lacking in an area that is important on amateur sites.

Minor Negatives:

There are no zip downloads for the galleries.
The design could be improved. It's very plain, with the only real graphics being a couple ads at the bottom of the page. The site isn't much to look at.
Downloads came really slowly. This is mainly due to the restrictions on download managers. I was only able to get to speeds of 800KB/sec, which is like 1/8th of the speed I've seen on other sites. It took a long time for these big HD files to download.

Bottom Line

Loved watching the couple in action but the site needs work.

I really was hoping for good things from Our XXX Life but ultimately the site came up short. The lack of interaction and updates were especially disappointing. I think the site has potential. Julie and Chris need to get the site active again, and a quality boost wouldn't hurt either. The scenes are entertaining and I think just about anyone would enjoy watching this hot young couple in swinging action, they just need to work on a few areas of the site.
