When I visited the site there were a few thousand members online. The total number of worldwide personal listings they say are available is in the millions. There are a number of extra items beyond the actual personals listings. A Magazine site has articles, information, advice tidbits, and other such items. The Cons

This is standard fare in the adult personals world. You're going to run into your share of personals without pictures, incomplete personals, and fake listings. This is the type of thing that is found across all different adult personals sites and I Want U has their share of them as well.
No Activity in the Webcams Section, Little Chat Room Activity.
TBP has published a review on I Want U in the past and I noted back then that the webcam section didn't have any activity and that is still the case. That definitely diminishes the value of such a feature. The chat room had one room with about two dozen members and then the rest were pretty much empty.
Minor Negatives:
Things are really geared towards getting you to signup for higher level VIP memberships. Certain function come with different levels and this constant sales pitch is typical of adult personals sites.
There are some upsells in the member's area.

A straightforward personals site with individual member ads & additional community features.
Overall I Want U seems like a standard adult personals site. The site has been around for a long time so that accounts for what seems like a large database of users. The internal workings of the site are easy enough to figure out however they don't have any unique or exceptional feature that helps them stand out from the crowd.
