Intro

Idols 69 is an Asian DVD/movie site with a sizable collection of downloadable videos. The content featured is from Asia and not American stuff with Asian performers. The guest side of things is very much an open book with visitors able to navigation the collection just as members see it. Preview video trailers also give a nice sampling of the movies themselves. So things are pretty user-friendly in that guests can get a real good feel for what they have to offer before signing up.

The Pros

Large Collection of Asian Hardcore DVDs & Movies.

The total number of videos here is well over a thousand. In this case we mean video scenes instead of full length movies but still that's a nice total. The actually do have a dedicated DVD Archive section with full length movies downloadable in scenes. Just about all popular niches are represented with hardcore, BJ, cumshot, masturbation, mature, teens, and more. The fact that this is Asian porn from Japan is pretty distinctive. There is clearly a different feel to it than American porn with American Asian performers.

Nice Quality Full Scene Downloads, Clips, & Flash Streaming.

The viewing and download options fit well with the collection. Movies can be downloaded in full-scene AVI, MPEG, and MP4 files. AVI is the highest quality and they have clip segments of that format as well. In-browser Flash streaming is also available and these files buffered very fast and it is possible to jump ahead immediately.

Sharp & Professional Site Design, Model & Niche Browsing.

The graphics and overall appearance of Idols 69 is very professional and give off a feel that they have a good product available. Category breakdown is provided by model look, niche, or costume plus there is a separate section for the full DVD movies. A full model index is the other main navigation feature and there is a keyword search.

The Cons

Many Movies are 'Censored' Style with Blurred Hardcore.

This is always something I'm mindful of whenever I hit upon an Asia site with movie from Japan. I'm sure fans of this genre are familiar with this but to for everyone else it's when they blur out the actual hardcore banging or sucking. It's just downright annoying and around 500 of the videos here feature that style of movies. One thing these guys do provide which is nice is a section called "Asian Uncensored" which features only the non-censored videos. Still, when you're browsing the general collection by niche or model you never know if a movie you want to see is of the uncensored variety so it's hit-and-miss.

Niche Navigation Tools Could be Enhanced.

Some of the niches are more general than others. Sections like curly hair, short hair, or office lady bring up pretty specific results while others like bondage, busty, or blowjob bring up tons of results that are not narrow. There isn't an advanced search that would allow for multiple niche filtering or cross-searches. With so much content some more enhanced tools would be helpful. Also, the DVD Archive doesn't have any categorization but just has a chronological listing of the movies.

Minor Negatives:

The downloadable movie files do not have any file size information posted.
Picture galleries secion is no longer updating.
There are some upsells in the member's area for webcams and other paysites.
Trial provides only limited access to content.

Bottom Line

A solid collection of downloadable Japanese/Asian porn movies on a sharp looking site.

Idols 69 has many more positives than negatives and they deliver in the key areas. Quantity of movies, downloadablity, and site design are the big pluses. The one negative item that surfers should pay attention to are the censored movies which make up a sizable amount of the content. Even taking that into account this is still a very strong source of video scenes and DVDs for those looking for Asian hardcore movies from Asia.
