Grace And Beauty is up for review today, and they call themselves an online magazine for sensuous living. They aim to provide fine art nude photography, but I'd check out the tour for some examples, as it wasn't quite what I was expecting. The feel of the content is a little more amateurish, and while the girls are very natural and simply pose for the camera a bit, it didn't quite fit into the nude art type content for me. The price isn't bad at $20 for the first month, especially since it drops to $15 a month after that if you stick around.
The Pros
Several hundred photo galleries up.
Although it's not a huge site overall compared to a lot that we see, there are at least 380 photo galleries available here. Many include the same models as other sets, so once you find some favorites, you can keep browsing her galleries.
Other Good Stuff:
The content is all-exclusive here of course. All of the sets have a similar style, and I assume are all shot by the same person.
Updates come very regularly here every week. While they only add one photoset per week, which isn't a lot, at least it's consistent.
The price is decent here, especially if you decide to stick around. Getting anything under $20 a month these days is a pretty good deal.
The Cons
Navigation and site design are a bit plain.
It starts right on the first page of the tour, as that's the feel of the whole site. It just feels dated to me, and is very plain. There are a few decent navigation options, but they are more of a one-at-a-time thing. I'd love to see some of those combined so you can find young models who are curvy for instance.
Overall quality could be improved.
I don't know what it is, but the quality is very up and down for me here. There are some pretty nice-looking pictures, but a lot of them don't look that great. Some are out of focus in weird spots, some have iffy lighting, and others just look like a lot of the other content you find online. They're lacking a little polish and pizazz. Then again, like I said, others look pretty nice. It's just a mixed bag.
Content just isn't that exciting for me.
I don't know why, as maybe I just expected too much here, but the photos weren't as interesting as I hoped they'd be. Some felt like shoots I could do myself, and I think part of the problem is just which shots they decide to include (some seem more like transition shots that could discarded). Some sets and photos were more interesting than others, but as a whole, I was left hoping for more.
Minor Negatives:
For some reason, the videos come in zip files first, which does no good in my opinion. It forces you to download the whole thing first, and adds an extra step before you can view them. I can't imagine the size savings is that significant.
The music is pretty overbearing in the videos, as you just can't hear anything going on from the girl herself unfortunately.
The other
Looking at the numbers, you can see that videos are not a huge priority here. There are a lot more photos overall, and updates are generally photos as well most of the time.
There are lots of extras here, probably trying to fit into the online magazine style of site. However, they're more just bonus material, and didn't interest me a ton as I was mostly here for the actual content.
Bottom Line
This one just feels a little dated and never quite got exciting for me.
Grace And Beauty was a bit of a letdown from the get go. It's not horrible, but it just didn't do it for me personally. Right when you hit the site, the older design and feel of the site basically sets the tone for everything else. The content felt amateurish, the options were few, and there's really not a ton of content for how long they've been around. The pictures lack anything special, and the quality lacked the sharpness and gloss you'd expect from a nude photography site. There were hardly any videos, so no need to comment on those much. The weekly updates are nice, but at a single photo gallery, it's not really a ton of new content each week. Getting around the site isn't too bad as there are a few options, but the overall design is pretty lackluster, and feels a bit old. If you like the content that you see in the tour, it might be worth a look, but it just wasn't my favorite in the end.
