Frank's Tgirl World is up for review today, and it's a tranny mega-site that we've actually looked at before. Besides the obvious transsexual implication in the title, it also refers to the fact that they find models from all over the world to post on the site. In fact, one of the main ways to browse is to search by country and view the models that came from there. It's a pretty large collection, and they advertise it as all exclusive, which would be pretty impressive. It contains a lot of softcore and hardcore, so there's a good mix. The price is a bit high at $35 a month, but I guess they offer quite a bit for your membership.
The Pros
All exclusive tranny content.
They have a large collection of transsexual material here, and they say it's all exclusive. I have no idea if that's 100% the case, but I'll believe them for sure! If it's true, it's got to be one of the larger sites out there for the niche. I'm sure not everything will be up your alley, but with the size, you should be able to find a lot you like.
Lots of material up here.
They put their stats right on the tour page, so check it out and get the latest counts. They're currently at almost 1,400 photo galleries, and over 1,200 videos, which is a lot of content. On top of that, it's supposed to be all exclusive, which is all the better. That's a lot of tranny content especially.
Other Good Stuff:
Some of the videos come in high definition and look a lot better than the SD material that's in the majority.
They just added a streaming video option to their videos which is a nice touch to round out their options better.
Once you find it, the advanced search can be pretty handy. It's not perfect (lots of scrolling!), but it allows you to narrow down the content pretty well. Plus, you can use it to search just videos, just photos, or both.
The Cons
Quality could be better overall.
The HD videos look decent, but they are definitely not in the majority. Most of the content here could use a bump up in quality. Video specs could be raised, and pictures vary a lot from okay to not so good. As a whole, I'd say better quality would really help here.
Navigation could be streamlined.
Thankfully, there's more than meets the eye here initially. You can browse by model (and by their location/country), and there's an advanced search to check out. I completely missed this feature on my first go around; while there's a link to an advanced search, once you're on that page, you have to unhide the rest of the search to see it all. Plus, once it's all out there, it's a pretty long page to scroll through and see everything. I think it could be cleaned up a bit. It mostly details model appearance and features, and I'd love a few more action categories as well.
You can use it to browse all the photo galleries in one place, but why make it so complicated? I'd also love a simple photo and video section, and then the ability to sort those (by date, by popularity, by model, etc.). What they have up there works, but it's not quite cutting edge I'd say.
Minor Negatives:
Videos generally come in 2-3 different WMV downloads, but that's it. I'd love to see some other video types added.
Granted, they provide a ton of unique content, but the price is still a bit on the high side for my liking.
Bottom Line
A lot of tranny content with regular updates are available here.
The size and type of content are the main stories here. The site itself is decent, though not great, but that shouldn't stop you from checking it out. The huge collection and regular, large weekly updates really help them stand out; plus, they advertise it as all exclusive content, which is all the more impressive. Of course, the large collection is a bit like the huge DVD sites, where you may not like everything you see. Still, with so much to see, there should be plenty that interests you. If I were to request some upgrades, I'd look at streamlining the navigation and upgrading the quality, which could both use some work. Otherwise, the site works well enough, and hopefully you can find some fun stuff here.
