Flirt 4 Free is a live video chat site that you've probably come across as a plug-in on another site, if you've spent much time inside paysites. Here on their stand alone site you can purchase a membership directly and view their hot babes. You can browse through their large collection of real girls broadcasting direct from their bedroom to yours and pay a per minute fee for a private one-on-one show.
The Pros
Lots of models to choose from!
There are a lot of chicks here. There are currently 132 models online broadcasting right now. Plenty more are listed in the offline section and you can message those girls to set up shows. No matter what type of action you're interested in, from anal to lactation to threesomes to girls home alone, they've got it all.
Some high quality shows.
You must check out the girls with the HD cams. These videos look gorgeous. There's almost no buffering and none of the pixilation I'm seeing in the regular cams. The difference is night and day.
Some free action.
As you would expect from the name, there is some free action to be enjoyed here. All girls who aren't in shows are available for free chat and you can watch them lounge and chat with other free chat folks. They're usually dressed in skimpy lingerie and they love flirting with fans to encourage them to get into paying for private shows. If you just want to flirt, though, that is free.
Other Good Stuff:
Some of the girls have long biography pages and a few even have blogs on the site!
There are a few nice extras, including forums and recorded shows. Of course, the recorded shows cost extra, but they're nice to have.
The Cons
Could use more browse tools.
More browse features would be a good addition. Live performers are arranged into the categories Girls, Guys, and Shemales, arranged alphabetically or randomly. Going to the bios pages, the performers are only listed alphabetically. There's no way to search or browse the girls by physical feature or fetish. It's much too basic of a set-up for a site with so many girls.
Expensive per-minute charges.
Costs here can add up fast. The VIP membership is $30 a month, which will get you access to show archives, photo galleries, free group chat, etc. On top of that, if you want a private show of your own, you have to pay 60 credits per minute. That works out to $2-$3 per minute. Group chat is less, at 20 credits per minute. Many girls also do things in their free chats, like offer to show tits or pussy for a group payment of 300-500 credits. Compared to other cam sites, the costs are in line, but it'll still end up costing you far more than what you'll spend on standard paysites.
Some poor quality content.
Just about every show that I watched that wasn't HD, didn't look good. The action was choppy at times, there was a ton of pixilation, and it was quite disappointing.
Minor Negatives:
I'm surprised there weren't actually more models on the site. Flirt 4 Free has been around forever and I swear they used to be larger.
WTF is up with the models in the "semi-private" shows who aren't actually there?! Users have the option of joining shows that are already in progress at a discounted rate of 30 credits per minute. However, you can't see or chat with the model before joining the show. Imagine my surprise when I joined these shows and found myself staring at an empty bed, 30 credits poorer.
Bottom Line
A fine enough webcam site with average costs, quality, and model counts.
Flirt 4 Free was a pretty standard camsite for me. They've got a decent number of models, some handy user features, and a little free action to make it worth a visit even if you don't intend to pay for any shows. On the other hand, there's a lot of poor quality video here and I'm not a fan of paying $3 a minute for video that looks like it's from a webcam bought in 1997. Stick with the HD streams and you'll be just fine. All in all, Flirt 4 Free remains worth a look for cam lovers.
