Intro

Emo Network is a network of three gay sites with emo guys (i.e. punk rock types). In addition to that style they are also mostly British guys so that adds something else to the equation as well. This is one of those networks that has an integrated design so the navigation functions like one large pay site or you can browse the site sections individually. Content is mostly video scenes with some photo galleries and it features a mix of solo stripping, jerking off, and guy/guy hardcore.

The Pros

Exclusive British Emo Gay Content, Solo & Guy/Guy Hardcore.

The emo theme here is really what stands out about this network. They do a nice job with the models as they do have that punk style and all fit nicely into the concept. The majority of models are British however some other European and American guys can also be found. They have info on the guys so they let you know where they%u2019re from. Action is a nice mix of solo guy stripping/posing/jerking-off and hardcore guy/guy and threesomes. They also do a nice job with intros during the videos of the guys chatting with the cameraman.

Full-Scene WMV & QT Downloads & In-Browser Flash Streaming.

Video options include WMV and QT options for downloading often in a couple of quality levels. Specs reach up to 3000k 1920x1080 so that's impressive at HD level. The in-browser Flash is also good quality. Content is organized by scene so videos are the focus of things with photo sets or screen caps offered more as secondary/supporting material.

Other Good Stuff:

Site navigation tools include macro network wide browsing, individual sites, and a model index.
Members can post feedback and comments on the guys/scenes plus there is a network message board.
Scenes are date-stamped with update information showing when they were added to the site.

The Cons

Video Options Can Vary, No File Size/Spec/Length Info Posted.

The video potions are not consistent and while checking out the different scenes I ran into some that only had one quality level and or just the WMV or QT format without the two choices. They also don't have any details posted on the video files which would have been helpful.

Fairly Small Sized Network, Updates Vary by Site.

With three sites and less than a couple hundred total scenes Emo Network isn't all that large and the emphasis is on content style rather than quantity. Updates vary as Homo Emo gets most of the activity while Homo Scene isn't getting any new additions and Exposed Emos has intermittent updates.

Minor Negatives:

The in-browser streaming does not allow for immediate jumping ahead as the file loads while playing.
Three are join page cross-sells and some member's area ads.

Bottom Line

The emo theme and Brit guys are pretty distinctive & this smaller network functions more like one site.

Gay sites have a lot of different sub-themes and Emo Network has a fairly unique one with these punk and mostly British guys. They do nicely in terms of having a mix of interview, solo, and hardcore action with the inclusion of some high-def level movies. The style is more emphasized than quantity as the amount of content and sites are both small for a network. They seem to be updating one site regularly, one sporadically, and one not at all so it's a mixed bag in that regard.
