Intro

Drake Cameron is a gay site produced by these two guys Drake and Cameron and it features solo guy and hardcore shoots. The emphasis is on exclusivity and high-definition content and their own tastes are for everyday type guys. The guest tour has a nice set up with navigation that's the same as member's see it so visitors can preview both the models and shoots. While exploring the site I'd say the guys are a mix of everyday types along with muscular models too.

The Pros

Exclusive Solo Guy & Hardcore Guy/Guy Collection.

The main selling point of Drake Cameron is the all exclusive content. All the guys are trim and some have more muscular builds. The shoots feature a mix of solo stripping/posting/masturbation along with guy/guy hardcore. The content is well produced, it's entertaining, and is a quality collection. Things are organized by model/shoot with the video component being the main focus and then photo galleries and video stills as supporting material.

HD Quality Full-Video WMV/QT Files, High-Res Pics w/ Zips.

Along with exclusivity the high-resolution videos really stand out as a positive. They've done a nice job by having consistent options for all shoots including both WMV/QT full-scene files at 1080p (1920x1080 6000k) and 720p (1280x720 4000k). Also available are more standard quality levels in both formats along with Flash and iPhone streaming. The fact that they have more than one format and multiple HD spec options is noteworthy. I give them high marks for the movie formatting setup. Pictures can be viewed online or downloaded in zip files which is also good.

Download Speed is Pretty Good thru Browsers & DL Managers.

The download speeds I got here are better than I'm used to seeing from most paysites. On my 20MBps connection the files saved at about 1.1 MB/sec thru my browser and 3.0-3.5MB/sec using a download manger (IDM). Considering the size of the files ranges around 300-700MB it doesn't take all that long to get files saved to your computer.

Other Good Stuff:

The site has a clean and professional appearance that's easy to navigate.
Clear file size information is posted for each movie.
The monthly price is quite inexpensive and is a good deal for and exclusive HD content site like this.

The Cons

Small Collection of Content/Models, Site is Still Relatively Young.

Drake was launched in mid/late 2009 which makes it a young site that is working on building up a larger amount of content. They definitely focus in on originality and high-resolution content as their selling points rather than actual amount of material.

No Update Details Provided, Shoots Aren't Date-Stamped.

Update information is not provided in terms of a log or date details on the episode pages themselves. The only thing available is a What's New announcement blog that is out of date and doesn't deal with content updates but has other news type items. Based on our previous review and our TBP site fact managers it's clear they are adding new content however the schedule and pace are not discernable.

Minor Negatives:

There appears to be daily download limit of 4GB. That's fairly liberal and constitutes about 8-12 full episodes. Considering the price and total number of shoots this isn't all that big of a deal.
Older shoots have only small/average sized pictures available. Also, when viewing the pics online they open in some sort of pop-up viewer.
Right now there is no way to search or filter by type of model or shoot. As the site grows they will need additional navigation/sorting tools.

Bottom Line

Although it's a small site this is a quality collection of gay content with full HD quality downloads.

Our reviews are a snapshot in time and this one is being conducted less than a year after Drake Cameron went live. As it stands they don't have a lot of content available which is the biggest negative. Still they do very well by offering HD quality downloads and all exclusive gay shoots that have both solo guy and guy/guy hardcore action. They have established a solid foundation and really just need to focus on building up a bigger archive.
