A list of recently updated feeds rounds out the updates page, so you always know where to go to see the newest material.
Some helpful nav tools.
They need serious tools to navigate a site this size and Czech Boys delivers. Everything is placed into the appropriate category and cross-linked as needed. I also thought it was very cool that many of the galleries have individual photos marked into categories, so you can jump right to the butt or bellybutton or cock shots that you like best.
Photos can be downloaded in zip files and viewed in three image sizes.
There are lot of extras available here, which makes sense since the site is more of an ezine. You'll find lots of articles and stories (both updated frequently), along with an active forum. There's plenty more to see besides the pictures and videos.
Videos can be streamed in three formats (wmv, QT, and Flash) and downloaded in two formats (avi and mp4, with two quality settings for mp4).
They've got a great new tool called "You Control The Action". Members can create their own video sequence choosing from dozens of clips with the guys in different positions doing different things. I had a blast playing with this tool and think it's something members could really enjoy.
Getting around could have been easier.
Though there's no shortage of helpful browse tools, I did struggle through the site at first. There's just so much to see here, that it took me a while to get my bearings. Once I was more familiar with the layout, I started to get the impression that things could be cleaned up to make navigating less overwhelming. First off, there's a lot of text on every page. Some of it (like the forum excerpts) doesn't need to be there. I also wasn't a fan of the ads and how some of the feeds are incorporated into their own content too much. They could lose a lot of the superfluous text and make a much cleaner, even more user-friendly site.
Not all exclusive.
They're pretty straightforward about what is and isn't original in the collection. It looks like the exclusive scenes outnumber the licensed scenes, but it's close. Keep in mind that a good portion of this collection can be found elsewhere.
Downloads came slowly. That's partially because the download manager is useless and partially just because of slow download times. It took quite a while to download these scenes.
Content quality could be average at times. Though I appreciated the large photos, they really had an amateur look to them. I felt the same about the videos. They looked fine enough, but didn't really stand out as high quality to me.
A Euro-boy mega-site with a great collection and community.
It's easy to see why Czech Boys has such a long-running history of keeping members satisfied. This is a big, fast moving website, with a lot of original material and a lot of personality. The price of $25 a month is very fair for the collection you're getting. That said, a cleaned up design and faster downloads would only help. However, as it is Czech Boys is a great join for fans of cute, young Eastern European men.
