Anette Dawn is up for review today, and this is a solo site from the Twistys group. I assume this is one of their favorite models that they wanted to feature a little more in-depth, and this is a great way to do it. The site features their traditional awesome photo quality, but still seems a bit new in other areas for now. Thankfully, you do get member's access with your membership, so there's lots more to see. That means it'll cost you $28 a month here, as with all their other sites, for a month's worth of access.
The Pros
Picture quality is great.
The pictures look really nice here, which is no surprise considering where the content comes from. I wouldn't mind them being offered in a larger size, but the technical quality is great. They're always clear, colorful, sharp, and interesting.
Network access included.
There are five other sites included with your membership, and they include very similar content to what you'll find here. Granted, I don't think you'll find any new sets of Anette anywhere else, but at least there's more to see for your money.
Other Good Stuff:
The design of the site looks really nice here. The graphics look great and are colorful and sharp.
The Cons
Needs some growth.
Thankfully it's not too tiny or anything, but she definitely needs more content for a solo site I'd say. 75 scenes or so just isn't enough, and I don't even know often new material is added here right now.
No interaction.
There's no interaction with Anette at all. I was glad to see her bio up, so at least you could read more about her, but that's about as personal as it gets. Her diary area is empty, and there are no cam shows or anything.
Video quality is closer to average.
Compared to the photos, which look great, the videos are much more average overall in terms of quality. In fact, all of the videos only come in their "medium" quality setting, with high and low not being offered. She could definitely use a bump up to HD in my opinion.
Minor Negatives:
The downloads came in rather slow here. At best, they were about 1/4 of our max speed, which means the videos took a little longer than needed to come in.
They don't date any of the content or updates here, so you're stuck watching and guessing as to when content is added.
Several areas of the site are just empty here, including the wishlist and diary areas.
For some reason, they don't offer any streaming or Flash videos, which may annoy some.
I think they could offer photos in a larger size here. The quality is great, and I think people would like to see pictures bigger than the usual 1280x854 that they generally offer.
Bottom Line
Cool girl and nice photos, but I think a little more of everything would help.
Anette Dawn is off to a decent start, but I think there's some room for growth and improvement overall in the long run. It's not tiny, but there are only 75 scenes or so up, which isn't a ton. Many of the areas are empty (her diary, her wishlist), and there's no interaction here with Anette at all; I really feel the personal aspect of a solo site should be high on the priority list. The photos look great, but could be offered in a larger size. The videos look more average, and could use a bump in quality. Updates are not dated at all, so you'll have to keep a close eye out for new additions. I think it's an okay site as part of the network, but could use a little time to really stand on its own.
