Intro

Tired of the same old "Euro copycat" sites featuring repetitive models and stale content, the webmaster of American Kittens set out to produce something unique. The models are sexy, American girls with natural appeal. Most are youngish, amateur models who get naughty solo and occasionally with a guy or girlfriend. The tour is simple, and offers a nice look at some of the ladies you'll find inside.

The Pros

Sexy exclusive collection.

All of the content here is exclusive. Everything is shot just for American Kittens. Some of the models are also exclusive to the site. The collection is fun and sexy, and you really feel like these models are your All-American girls next door. They look hot posing in their blue jeans and white tank tops, and you know that underneath that wholesome veneer lurks a naughty minx.

High quality photos.

I loved the galleries here. The pictures are big and beautiful. Everything looks professionally done, with good lighting, interesting shots, and some great locations. I was really impressed with the photo quality on American Kittens.

Easy to navigate.

Getting around was pretty easy. They have some useful tools, like a model index with a few different sorting options, and photo and video indexes. Both the girls and the sets can be voted on by members so you can see who's the most popular, which is a fun feature. The search tool is handy for looking for specific keywords or categories. Just enough information is provided about each girl and scene to be helpful, not overwhelming. All in all, it's a nice set-up.

Good-size site!

American Kittens has been around for nearly four years, and they've put together a large site in that time. There are currently more than 1,400 galleries and 200 videos here for members to enjoy, plenty to keep users entertained for a long time.

Other Good Stuff:

The site is updated daily. The site is moving along at a very nice pace with no end in sight
There are a few options for viewing the videos. They can be streamed in browser using Flash and downloaded as full-length wmv, mov, and mpegs.
Photos are offered in two image sizes and can be viewed in a slideshow and downloaded in a zip file.

The Cons

Average quality video.

I was surprised that they haven't made the move to HD yet. The scenes look fine enough, at 2200k and right about 640 x 480 (up to 720 x 480), and some were sharper than others, but overall I felt they didn't keep up with the quality of the photo sets.

Minor Negatives:

The design is a bit plain. It's not awful, but it was a little boring.

Bottom Line

A sexy collection of original content for fans of the girl-next-door.

American Kittens offers up a sexy collection of original content for fans of the girl-next-door. My complaints are pretty minor. The price is fair at $30 a month for daily updates and a collection this large. Hopefully the video section will continue to grow and improve but I would still definitely recommend American Kittens just as it is for fans of the genre.
