Papi hasn't had a new scene added since April 2008. They stopped updating and there's no indication that they'll be starting again any time soon. Don't join hoping for new material.
Small collection.
Papi is a pretty small site. There are just 42 scenes online. With no updates coming, they're pretty much stuck at 42 forever, which members will make it through in no time.
Average quality content.
Since they haven't added anything new in more than two years, the content quality is also stuck in the past. WMVs and MPGs play at around 1600k and they look ok, just a little past their prime. They're not as sharp as newer videos would be and overall they just look really average.
The member's area had banners and links to other paysites and camsites. They make the site feel cluttered and detract from the overall look.
Photos are a bit small. 900x600 isn't awful, but they were definitely on the small side.
Watch out for the trial! It's $5 for the first three days and then it recurs at $40 a month!

At this point, Papi.com is an archive network filler site and not much more. With a small collection, no updates, and outdated content quality, there's nothing to get excited about. The user tools are good, as is the network access and discount price, but it's still a tough sell. It's worth a look if you're already considering the other included sites, but otherwise I'd probably pass.
