Great Upskirt Material.

While the design here looks nice, browsing options are kept to a minimum. There is no way to browse the material by categories or specifics, like locations, skirt type/length, butt, panty shots, etc. The search feature is just your basic keyword search box.

HD Quality Shows it's Age.

While the scenes here at one time might have been reasonably good quality HD, compared to the videos we're used to seeing these days, HQ Upskirt just can't compete. Bitrate speeds are on the slower side and compression artifacts are noticeable.

Updates Have Stalled.

Who knows if they'll get back to updating, but according to the timeline in the members area, the last video update was 4 months ago.

For a quality upskirt site, HQ Upskirt might have one time done the job, but lack of updates for a couple of months now along with a lack of advancement in terms of quality and design leaves something to be desired at this point. I still would have loved more browse tools this time around along with even higher HD quality specs. The scenes are short, but give you exactly what you want, hot shots of girls in skirts. There just hasn't been much advancement here since our last visit.
