College Rules features videos and photos taken at wild parties and in crazy dorms across America. There's usually some alcohol involved, then some flashing, and then some chicks start making out. Before long, someone is having sex. You never know who it's going to be, but with everyone here for a good time, anything goes. The site claims that all of the scenes are user-submitted and can't be found anywhere else. I can't say if that's true or not, but these were definitely unique scenes that were new to me.
Videos can be streamed in clips and full-length scenes.
Videos streaming-only.
All of the videos here play in Flash in your browser only. There is no option of downloadable video. It's disappointing that this collection can't be saved.
Small collection.
There are currently only 14 scenes online at College Rules. The site is still relatively new, having only been open since July of '10, but there still just isn't a lot to see here. You can make it through the whole collection pretty quickly.
Average-quality content.
The videos and photos look like you'd expect from a site with college party content. The scenes look ok, but not great. The videos have three viewing options, including one that says 720p HD, but it's definitely smaller than that. Maybe it was filmed in high definition but it's not nearly as big as you'd expect. The photos are on the small side at 800x530 and also look just so-so. There are no serious quality issues but quality didn't do much for me here overall.
Infrequent updates.
It looks like updates generally come once a month. They're pretty unpredictable, so there's no telling when a new scene might be added. That's not often enough for any site, but particularly one that needs growth so badly.
There are no zip downloads for any of the photo galleries.
There are some member's area ads.
The site is too small and the videos are streaming only, so I'm not impressed.
While the videos here are entertaining, there's just not enough here to justify this as a stand-alone site. It's crying out to be part of a network! Unfortunately, it's all alone and with streaming-only videos and just 14 scenes, it's not worth the membership cost of $25 a month. It's growing slowly, so it's going to be a long wait before it's really good-sized. As it is now, I'd probably pass. Check back next year and hopefully there will be more to see.
