With more and more sites moving to high-def and numerous formats 18 Tokyo and this company's network in general has more limited choices. MP4 is the only format for downloads. Quality on those is good but not great at 720x400. They haven't made the move to HD yet. I'd dare say the Flash player is more dynamic and impressive here than the download options.

I like the variety however the blurring/censoring does frustrate me a bit although it is typical of this type of content. The videos options are decent and consistent however there's room for them to ramp things up to high-def which is a move they haven't made yet. The full network is a nice bonus since all the content there is similar Japanese videos.
