Intro

The Real Workout features hardcore video episodes with workout, gym, and athletic themes. Content is exclusive and essentially the scenes open with the girls is some form of workout situation then they get to the banging with a guy. The site is part of the Team Skeet network which includes just over half a dozen total sites including what's probably their flagship Innocent High. Members to The Real Workout do get full access to all the company's sites.

The Pros

Exclusive Workout Themed Episodes, Sexy Pro Models.

Content here revolves around the video episodes which are exclusive and they have nice production value with professional looking pornstar models throughout. This stuff is definitely geared towards those who like studio style scenes rather than unpolished amateur stuff. Shoots are pretty long at around 30-40 minutes in length and most featured one-on-one girl/guy action with a few threesomes. The workout/athletic themes vary in include things like gym settings, golf, football, swimming, basketball, and action takes place both indoors and outdoors.

Nice Download/Viewing Options, High-Res Newer Movies.

Content options are a strength here as they have full-scene downloadable WMV files along with clip segments in that format plus full-scene QT/MPEG files. In-browser Flash streaming loads/buffers almost instantly, allows for immediate jumping ahead, and has additional features. WMV streaming is also offered. Overall the set-up for accessing the movies is consistent and well done.

Other Good Stuff:

Photos are available for each episode with nice qualyt 1050x700 images. They can be viewed online or saved in zip files.
Clear file size information is posted for each movie. Episdoes with the higher res movies are stamped with an "HD" tag.
Full access to the Team Skeet network is included with some interesting sites that hit on niches like teen, interview, latina, etc.

The Cons

Small Collection of Content, Updates Seem to Have Stopped.

The Real Workout is one of those network sites that may have run its course in terms of updates. The site went live back in 2008 and the updates haven't been coming since the summer of 2010. The total collection is just about three dozen episodes so it is a small site. It leans on the included network sites to make up for its own lack of content and wouldn't work all that well as a standalone site.

Older Scenes Have More Average Quality Video Files.

Roughly a third of the total episodes seem to have the older video formatting which means more average WMV levels that top out at around 1700k 640x360. That's definitely a drop-off from what's available on the newer one so it's a noticeable difference.

Minor Negatives:

There are a number of advertisements in the member's area including a large banner right after loggin in. Also, the trial membership is limited access.
There is a feedback/comments tool on the episode pages however they all seem to be blank. I didn't see any postings from users.

The other

Upon logging in members are initially directed to the Team Skeet network hub. From there its possible to click over to The Real Workout's section. Network-wide navigation tools make it possible to jump from site-to-site without logging in again.

Bottom Line

A small amount of workout themed hardcore episodes plus network access.

The Real Workout does have original episodes with a nice workout/athletic theme going on however the lack of quantity and updates is the main negative. Because of this it's prudent to look at the site as one part of it's larger network since that's the full package being sold. This is one of those networks where the amount of content varies greatly from site-to-site and The Real Workout is one of the smaller ones.
