Intro

Backroom Casting Couch is up for review today, and the content is exactly what you'd expect from a site with that name. They offer up a nice black leather couch, a little desk, and a very plain room. From there, some dude with a couple camcorders tries to convince a girl to get into porn, and gives her a test run. There are a wide variety of women here, but most end up being cute, younger girls in their 20's. Hardcore action ensues, and, well, you know the rest. $25 a month gets you in the door, though no network access is included.

The Pros

Some cute amateur girls.

It's a little hit and miss, as the girls can vary quite a bit (there's a random older, large woman mixed in there even), but the girls look decent overall. They definitely keep with the girl next door look at times, while others look like they're trying a little harder to be a model.

Other Good Stuff:

The content seems to be exclusive here. All of the scenes are pretty similar to each other, so it's pretty easy to figure out.
Though they're not dated, it does seem like the site is updating at least. It averages out to something new each week or so from what we can tell.

The Cons

Video options are pretty weak.

They change a little as you go back in the collection, but all of the newer videos are only offered in a single WMV download. Once you go back to the archives, you get an MPG and MOV download instead, which is a little better at least.

Updates aren't dated.

It's a shame to not list the updates since it does seem like they're coming, but that's the deal unfortunately. I'd love to see even a recent update log or something to give you an idea of what's new, and when it was added.

Navigation is pretty plain.

There are no real options or features here to speak of for getting around the site. They're getting large enough that they could use some kind of search features, and even some other basics like a models index.

Minor Negatives:

For some reason, they don't offer any streaming or Flash videos, which may annoy some.
This one is hit or miss as well, but at times, the girls look almost uncomfortable here. I'm not sure if they're playing it up for the camera as "first timers" or what, but some scenes are just a little odd.
They list the download file sizes for videos, but they're off a bit for some reason.
The videos come in a bit small for my liking. I think they could make them a little larger to help the quality out.

Bottom Line

Some okay scenes, a plain site overall, and a few bored girls.

Backroom Casting Couch was a mixed bag for me. Maybe these girls really are doing this for the first time, as many of them are cute, but the sex is a little iffy for me at times. The girls come up with some interesting expressions that I'm just not used to seeing, except in my own bedroom at times. Still, you get a little more amateur, raw sex footage than the norm, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. The site is quite plain from the design, to the navigation, to the video options, to the lack of photos all together. Even the updates aren't dated, though they do seem to come at least. It's an okay join if you think you'll like the content, so long as you aren't expecting a ton from the site, which feels a little more like sites we used to see a few years ago.
