The Pros

Content is Great Quality.
Nowadays we have some true HD content coming our way. To date, the latest 10 updates (and maybe some others scattered throughout) offer a download with 1440x1080 resolution and some of the best picture quality around. The remaining bulk of the content isn't quite as nice, but still very respectable at 2200k bitrates (720x480). Image sizing and quality is also great.
Overall site design is nice-looking and functions well. Content can be browsed by update or by model. Each shoot comes with some model/scene info, content stats, video and preview and photo galleries. Users can also browse content by a couple of categories like anal, blowjob, cameltoe, full sex, etc.
The Cons
Lack of User/Viewing Options.
I know I said I like the site design, and I do, but there are a few issues to talk about still. First, content tags to go with the categories or some sort of search feature would be a nice touch and a good way for users to locate models & content by specifics. Also, if you're going to offer some content in HD quality, why not clearly label them so users know! Download/viewing options for the videos could be expanded on as well.
No Date Stamps or Clear Update Schedule.
There are no date stamps on the content here and no update schedule either to give a clear indication of when users can expect to see new content added. They advertise weekly updates, which doesn't exactly add up since at our last review in Nov. 2009 there were 200 videos and currently there are just 32 more.
Few HD Videos/Quality Ranges.
At the time of this review there are just 10 HD videos to check out. Before then the videos offered bitrate speeds closer to 2000k, and way back in the beginning closer to 500k MOV. Images in the beginning were also very small and amateur in style.
Minor Negatives:
Looks like a blog has been started, but only a few updates at the time of this review and the last update was way back in Jan of 2009.

Bottom Line
Amateur porn in its most average state but the newest HD videos look great.
Over 3 years since my last look here and I'm still confused as to what's going on here at POV Porn. Updates do appear to be coming, albeit not very often or consistent (it's hard to tell without date stamps or a clear update schedule). On the bright side, newest videos are up and streaming at a very nice 3200k HD format, which actually left me pleasantly surprised. I guess when the rest of a site is lacking, it's not hard to wow me with a little quality upgrade. To be completely honest, the raw & amateur content is actually entertaining, but POV Porn makes it real hard to stand behind considering the everything else that seems to be consistently lacking.
