I could not figure out how to download videos, contacted technical support, and was told they have no download options. The site is very unresponsive (I emailed 4 time with no response). I did not get a response until I contacted Epoch. When you sign up, there is no indication that there are no download options. Finally, they will not refund your money. Just a bad news site.
