Though the exclusive videos of cute British girls getting spanked are certainly entertaining, the complete lack of anything user-friendly was a real turn-off for me. The design that is covered in banners, the multiple months it can take for a complete video to be added, the high price, the absence of any user tools all led to an overall negative impression of the site. There's no doubt that the videos look good and this is a large collection that someone with a spanking fetish might love. But the site itself is in need of a whole lot of work to be even the slightest bit user-friendly.
