Limited Pagination
It's great having so many videos (2,000). But with so much content comes the problem of creating a pleasant navigational system, which they have not done here. There are 60 pages of content as I write this and I can only skip ahead 10 pages at a time, with no way to just jump to a specific page. And this will only get more annoying as the site grows and adds more content/pages.

For photo lovers, this site is much more interested in videos. There are loads more vids than pics and the photo sets are also updating much slower.
