The site has been around since 2003 and continues to update and upgrade, now offering thousands of scenes including many that are high definition.

The Pros

All exclusive softcore scenes.

These are all original scenes featuring sexy British amateurs posing in beautiful panties. You'll see them in satin, silk, cotton, full briefs, thongs, and bikinis. The action remains very softcore, with sexy posing and stripping, but the focus always stays on their cute panties.

Good-quality HD videos.

These are some high quality scenes. They are wmvs that play at up to 2400k and are 1280 x 720 in size. They still have an amateur feel to them but overall they're sharp and they look good. The same is true of the photos, which go up to 1440 x 960 in size.

Huge collection of scenes.

Older scenes are very small!

As you go back to the scenes from 2006, you'll see that quality drops off quite a bit. These movies max out at 360 x 288 in size. They're just tiny. The older photos are smaller, as well, at 1024 x 683. The content has definitely come a long way over the years, just keep in mind it's not all HD.

Minor Negatives:

Scenes are short! Expect just 2-5 minutes per video. I can understand why, considering the softcore nature of the site, but they're still awfully short.
There is a daily download limit of 3GB a day.

Bottom Line

An all around solid site with lots of hot panty fun and sexy HD scenes.

A decade after its launch, Panty Maniacs continues to impress, thanks to its massive, exclusive niche collection. The move to high definition was a smart one and these high quality scenes let the site really stay current.
