Intro

The Life Erotic features beautiful nude girls in "edgy and explicit erotica." Unlike so many of the more artistic sites we review, The Life Erotic isn't afraid to push boundaries. This is no tame softcore collection. Girl-girl scenes, glass dildos, and wet pussy close-ups can all be found in this surprisingly naughty collection.

The Pros

Very high quality content!

Just as you'd hope for from a site like this, the content quality is excellent. The newest images are massive, at 4288 x 2848 in size, and they've very sharp. They call these images "life size" and they really are. The photos are large and sharp enough that you just may believe these beautiful girls are right in the room with you.

They don't lose any quality in the video department either. The videos are high definition and play at 7500k and 1920 x 1088 in size. Again, we're talking huge, sharp pictures.

All original material.

These are all exclusive scenes, and many of the models are exclusive, as well. Walter Bosque is the photographer here, and he specializes in raw, dramatic, powerful nudes unlike what you're used to seeing. The scenes are creative, as well. Who knew that a nude model posing high atop an old tree could be so damn sexy?

Other Good Stuff:

Updates come often. Every four days, two new galleries are added. A new video is added once a week.
Photos are offered in three image sizes and the largest size can be downloaded in a zip file.
The membership price is very fair, at $20 a month.
Videos can be downloaded as both wmvs and movs in three quality settings each. There's also a Flash preview for each scene.

The Cons

Small site.

The Life Erotic has only been online since May of 09, so the collection isn't huge yet. There are currently around 6,000 photos and 11 videos. The videos are on the short side, as well, at around 6 minutes long. You can see everything here pretty quickly.

Could need more browse tools in the future.

Right now, I had no trouble getting around the site, thanks to a model index, chronological listings, and a separate girl-girl section. However, as the site grows more tools are going to be needed. I'd love to be able to sort the scenes by something other than name. Some user ratings would also be a useful feature.

Minor Negatives:

No model info is provided. Though each girl has her own profile page, there's no biography or much about her besides her name.
Older photos are smaller. This surprised me because the whole site is so new! However, you will find some galleries with just one image size of 1024 x 768.

Bottom Line

Loved the quality of the collection and just how sexy it all was!

The Life Erotic really surprised me. I love finding sites like this that aren't afraid to push the limits of what you typically find in a genre. This is a high quality and very entertaining collection. It's needs growth, but that doesn't appear to be a problem at all. With a very reasonable cost of $20 a month, The Life Erotic is definitely a great join for fans of edgy erotica.
