Intro

Dark Thunder is a hardcore site that brings together 2 separate niches into one bangin' site. These are dark Ebony movies featuring gay men having sex. So not only do you get those monster chocolate peni, but you get them having sex with each other. $24.95 per month gives access to the current archive of now more than 240 models in 167 videos and 266 image galleries, and new content appears to be added just weekly now.

The Pros

Hardcore & Solo Content of Gay Ebony Men Having Sex.

There are more than 232 well-built men masturbating and having sex. The content includes both pictures and videos separate, with videos running around 15-20 minutes in length. This is all Ebony content featuring solo, 2-somes and even some 3-somes with just the type of men here you wouldn't normally expect to see from a gay site offering large ebony cock.

WMV/Flash Streams Available.

All videos can be viewed online in Flash or WMV format. 4-5 different quality options are also offered, some with bitrates up to 1800k. When they do offer it, the 1800k streams actually look awesome (the lower quality ones just slightly better than average) and buffering times were very short for me.

Live Cam Shows Offered.

Probably the most annoying aspect of Dark Thunder is the DRM protection on the videos. A user name and password is needed before you can play a video and the license will expire the minute you cancel your membership. Nothing is yours here to keep, unfortunately.

Video Quality Could Still be Better

I mentioned some of this above, and while the quality is nice overall, it's important to point out that in terms of bitrate speeds and actual picture quality, Dark Thunder falls below average compared to other sites, especially ones with the HD videos we've been seeing these days. It should also be noted that most videos here actually only go up to 800k, far below average for any site mind you.

Minor Negatives:

No model bio information although they have added cross-linked content categories. Model info would give the site more personality.
Image sizing has been stuck at roughly 600x900 pixels since the beginning. At this point high-res images should be up over 1500p.

Bottom Line

Ebony gay sex site with so-so quality content and no downloads.

Overall this site wasn't as successful for me as the other company sites I've seen. There just wasn't as much personality to the site or the content itself. The types of scenes range from solo masturbation to sex with other men but room for improvement in terms of quality is just one minor issue. The even bigger issue is the DRM protection on the videos. I suppose there aren't very many all Ebony gay sex sites out there, so if that's what you like then Dark Thunder is worth a look, but it's not the most memorable site for sure.
