Intro

Pin-Up Wow is a sexy site that features modern photography of cuties dressed and posed like the pin-up babes of the 40s. The models are British, so you know they are experts at the heels, stockings, and garter belts that are popular in the genre. The material is all softcore, with the beauties playfully teasing as they strip out of their lingerie. This really is a fantasy site.

The Pros

Sexy exclusive collection.

The content on Pin-Up Wow is exclusive and original. They shoot all of it themselves so they can really stick to the theme. They do a good job of keeping the hair, make-up, costumes, and poses like that of the pin-up girls. The action is all softcore, though there is some nudity. It's really a sexy combination of a vintage look with a modern twist.

Very large site!

Pin-Up Wow has been online since 2007 and thanks to a great update schedule, they've put together a huge collection for their fans. There are currently 111,000 photos and 758 videos online. That's impressive for any site but it's just awesome for a site with exclusive niche content like this!

High quality material.

Quality has always been a strength of the site but it is even more so now that they offer high definition movies. These scenes play at over 4000k and are 1280 x 720 in size. They're clear and sharp and well-lit. The photos are also very nicely done. Everything is produced in a studio with great attention paid to detail. It's a very professional collection.

Other Good Stuff:

Lots of model info. Each girl has a long profile page with an interesting Q and A.
Updates come often. It looks like they're usually close to daily updates, though they do miss a day or two here and there. Still, you can count on multiple galleries and videos each week.
Videos can be downloaded as wmvs in two quality settings.
Photos can be downloaded in zip files in two image sizes.

The Cons

Design and navigation could be improved.

The site design is awfully basic. It looks dated and surprisingly amateurish. The site is also lacking in browse tools. There's an "advanced search", but it's just a single keyword box. The model index helps a little, but with only 6 models there's not much they can do with it. Categories would be helpful, as would an option to view different outfit or scene types. With a site this size, I'd love to see more browse tools.

Not all videos are HD.

As you go back in the collection, you'll see that their older videos are not offered in high definition. These scenes are 2000k and 640 x 480 in size. Quality is still solid, but they're quite a bit smaller than the new HD scenes. I'd say a third of the collection is only offered in standard def.

Minor Negatives:

The site could use more viewing options for the video. Additional formats and a streaming option would be helpful.
The big 3000 x 2000 photos are only offered in zip files, not thumbnails.

Bottom Line

A very sexy, high quality collection although the site is too simple.

I spent far too long admiring the beauties on Pin-Up Wow while writing my review. The content is just so sexy and so different from what we usually see. I loved the quality of the collection and couldn't get over just how big the site is! The only thing they need to do is bring the site up to date with more advanced user tools and a more current design. Otherwise, it's fantastic. Pin-Up Wow is well worth the cost of $25 a month and it's a site I'd recommend to fans of softcore and vintage porn alike.
