I'm here on a random Tuesday morning, and there are over 1,000 performers online right now willing to do whatever I want for a per-minute fee. A few offer some free teaser shows, but to get to the good stuff, expect to pay $2-$3 per minute for their time.

Tons of girls online.
Compared to the heyday of cam sites, most of the current offerings are pretty short on models. And let's face it, if you can't find a girl you like out of the 30 that are up, who the hell cares what kind of features they have? Live Jasmin offers over a thousand girls online at once, so you have a ton of people to choose from, and I have to assume you can find several favorites here. All this is on a random weekday morning, so I assume the numbers could go up on a busy Friday night even more.
Lots of settings you can change/update.
They're kinda hidden away at times, but there's really a lot of little tricks here you can get in on. You can change the cam settings to up the brightness, contrast, hue, or saturation. You can tip the girls, change the cam zoom, join her personal fan club, etc. They just do a lot of the little extras that many other sites ignore.
Pretty cool search available.
If you're looking for something specific, they have a pretty nice search that will help you filter their list of girls down quite quickly. You can choose from the standard things like age, hair color, boob size, etc. But the real fun comes from the list of offerings the girls are willing to do, assuming they were truthful in them. Find girls who will use a butt plug, or who will squirt, for instance. Find girls with long nails, or who will be a dom. Again, assuming these are all truthful, this is very powerful.

Quality can vary a ton, is usually pretty bad.
The cam quality is dependent on what kind of cam, internet connection, and lighting the girls have. I assume it also varies if there are 50 people watching the feed, or just one. However, most of the cam quality here is no better than the stuff we saw 10 years ago. A few girls go the extra step and have a very good setup (the "HD" logo helps, but is no guarantee), but the majority do not.
Can get expensive.
This isn't really a problem with Live Jasmin per se, more as with the private cam genre in general. They charge pretty standard rates here (though it varies depending on the girl) from $2-$3 per minute. As you can see, just 10 minutes with a girl one time is as much as you'd spend on a whole month's membership at most paysites.
Very plain design.
For all that they have to offer, they really don't put a good face to their setup. The design is pretty bad here with a very dated look and feel to everything. If they spent some time and money to really spruce things up, I would have been a lot more excited from the get go here to see what they had to offer.
Minor Negatives:
- They don't provide any type of bonus structure for buying more credits at once. Many similar sites will let you buy say 10 credits for $10, but if you pay $100, they'll give you 125 credits or something to make it more worth your while.
- Some areas are too hidden away, or just plain confusing to really get a lot of use out of. For instance, the word "surprise" in a chat room offers to tip the girl. I would have never guessed that initially. There's a definite language barrier at times, and sometimes some options are just too well-hidden to be of any use if you can never find them.

The site doesn't look like anything special, but they have a lot to see and do here.
Live Jasmin does not impress right off the bat. The site looks pretty pathetic honestly, and a lot of stuff they have is hidden away behind some interesting wording, and just poorly placed links. Once you get past the confusion, it's actually one of the better cam sites out there. The sheer number of performers online is great, plus all the extra options and features they have really set them apart. Assuming you have the cash to throw around and like interacting with your porn queens, you should have a really good time here overall, once you find what you're looking for.
