Carol Cox is up for review today, and I'm not going to guess around as to the dates and who is who in the amateur world, but her site is one of the longest-running solo amateur sites there is. On top of that, it's still alive and active, which is all the more impressive. Carol is a married mom of three who is horny as all hell. She enjoys sex, and will do so with most anyone she is attracted to. Her site is a huge conglomeration of all her sexual escapades of the last 14 (or more?) years. There's everything from one-on-one sex with strangers to full on orgies. There's lots of girl/girl action, lots of oral, lots of MILFs, lots of black guys, and just lots of everything. Your $25 monthly membership also gets you access to the whole Wild Rose Network of sites, which offers up some other solo amateur sites as well.

Lots to see here.
I think our current content count is a guess at best, so I'm not even going to repeat the numbers here. There's no easy way to count everything she has, but she's been going strong, making content for around 14 years according to her site. It adds up over time, and there's quite a lot to see here.
All fun hardcore content; she enjoys what she does.
Some girls do porn for the money, but that doesn't seem to be the case here at all. She does porn for the fun, since she enjoys sex anyway. The variety here is pretty incredible, so long as it all features Carol in some way (or a few friends). She's open to most anything sexually, except for anything illegal.
Large network included.
If you like amateur porn, there's quite a bit of bonus content available to you through her Wild Rose Network of sites. They may not feature Carol, but there are plenty of other chicks getting it on in similar sexy situations.
Other Good Stuff:
- The download options lately are looking really good. Videos come in several formats including WMV, MPG, MP4, Flash (downloads), plus several mobile options.
- Her blog is still pretty active, with some nice posts coming every few days lately. It's about the only interaction you get through the site (unless you travel to Montreal to fuck her), so enjoy what she offers!
- It's hard to tell without hitting the video download page, but all the newer videos seem to be offered in high definition. They don't look great in terms of HD (some scan lines and artifacts with movement), but they're a nice step up from the SD offerings.

Navigation is a mess; too many sections.
With so much content, sometimes things can get even worse by trying to categorize it too much. That's what happens here, in my opinion, with too many random sections of content to make navigation easy. I want an old-school photos and videos area, with all the content tagged in some way for easier navigation. Offer up an advanced search from there to find specific types of content, and skip all the different sections.
In general, quality needs work.
With content going back so far, the majority of the site here features older material. That doesn't bode well for quality, which is pretty amateur overall. Pictures get small pretty quickly, and even the lighting and stuff isn't great at times, mostly due to where they shoot.
Needs more videos in proportion.
I think, for a long time, she did photos only. The video count is definitely smaller than the photo count, which may be a bummer for some people. I'd love to see mostly videos added at this point, since that's what most people are looking for.
Minor Negatives:
- For some reason, they don't offer any streaming or Flash videos, which may annoy some.
- Nothing is dated here from what I can see, which makes updates very difficult to figure out. Even the update log doesn't have dates, and it's too intermixed with other network updates anyway.

A ton of fun, lots to see, but the site was a little cluttered for my liking.
Carol Cox is an icon in the old-school amateur world. Many of the sites that were around years ago are gone, but Carol continues to score and shoot porn when she can. Her site has been around for around 1.5 decades, and the only bad news is that it shows a bit. There are so many sections of content, all split up, that its confusing to get around and make sure you've seen what you want to see. That, plus the lackluster quality in the older content, are my main complaints here. If you can get past that, I think you'll have a good time. There's lots of content, lots of variety in the sex scenes, and that good-old amateur feel on everything. The blog is a nice touch, though I don't think Carol is as active in the day to day running of her site nowadays (no cam shows or anything like that). Her site is a piece of history here, and I was so glad to see her still having fun doing what she does, and not a completely dead collection of content from 10 years ago. I wouldn't say it's quite as up-to-date as the mainstream sites you'll see out there these days, but it was better than expected.
