Intro

Digital Playground is one of the best and biggest porn production companies around and no doubt it is one that many of you have probably heard of. They work with lots of the big time porn babes and the stuff they produce is high-quality and ranges from gonzo scenes to full-on high production-value movies and parodies. Let's see what a membership gets you.

The Pros

Thousands of Exclusive Videos and Photo Sets & Growing Fast

As I look at the site at this moment there are 3,834 scenes (from 529 DVD movies) and about 3,800 of them come with a set of pictures. That sure is a lot and it will be more by the time you decide to sign on in because they are adding a DVD (3-4 scenes) every week.

Exclusive High-Quality Content

The collection dates back all the way to the year 2000 and I was expecting those oldest scenes to look pretty average. But I was pleasantly surprised by what I saw. The oldest scenes look good and the newest ones look even better - offering up 1080p streams with 6000k bit rates. All of the photo sets are filled with high-res images.

Other Good Stuff:

The site has a nice template with a clean look and multiple user features, including sorting options, ratings, comments, favorites, various filters, tags and a basic search.
They offer trailers and the ability to darken the page around the streaming video player.
With the TBP discount you only pay $20/month as opposed to the regular $30/month price tag.

The Cons

Downloads Require a Premium Membership

The basic membership does not include the option to download the videos. For that feature you will need to upgrade to a premium membership for an extra $20/month. That does make things a little expensive, but the quality is awesome and there is a lot of it. The premium membership also gets you 10 scenes per month from different studios, VIP support and you get to watch certain scenes in the "upcoming" section before anyone else.

Minor Negatives:

There are over 190 pages of videos and the only nav options are to jump back or forth a few pages at a time, or jump right to the last page. A page dropdown would be nice.
The 3-day trial membership renews at a monthly price of $34.

Bottom Line

Downloads are a little expensive, but if just streaming is okay with you then this is a great membership.

The quality of the content is good to Full HD throughout the entire collection of almost 4,000 scenes going back 17 years now. The porn babes are hot, the movies are well-produced and the parodies take care to create a real homage to the original content being parodied (from Star Wars to The Walking Dead). The Extra $20 for download access to make the overall membership $40/month - which isn't cheap. However, it could still be worth it. And $20/month for just the streams is good - if downloads aren't a deal-breaker for you.
