Intro

This is the site of pornstar Sunny Leone who has made the jump from being a PenthousePet into the hardcore porn realm. Her content actually features a mix of solo, girl/girl, and boy/girl content. Based on the info posted on her guest tour with award nominations she seems to be going pretty strong. Solo star sites of this kind are specialized sites where I like to see a mix of photo, video, and interaction content and I think that's what surfers are looking for as well.

The Pros

Nice Sized Collection with 100's of Photo Galleries & Videos.

Sunny's site has been around for a while which has allowed her to build up a respectable database of content. There are a couple hundred total videos and many hundreds of photo galleries which gives her more content items than a lot of other stars. She's a sexy brunette bombshell so more than most other pornstars I enjoy seeing Sunny in solo glamour and real-life type settings.

Mix of Glamour, Girl/Girl, Boy/Girl, & Behind-the-Scenes Shoots.

The preponderance is glamour and solo stuff and then there's a decent amount of girl/girl and the occasional boy/girl entry. Her 'Amateur' picture gallery covers an interesting array of shoot from toned down non-glamour solo shoots to more behind-the-scenes and real-life stuff. Some of that type of action is mixed in to the videos as well.

Interaction with Blog, Cam Shows w/ Some Archives, & Calendar.

Interaction is something that's important to look at for solo pornstar sites. Based on the site's calendar of events it appears she does cam shows still and there are some archives of some older past shows from a few years back. The blog is getting regular entries too so overall the interaction is all right.

Other Good Stuff:

Newer videos are higher quality with WMV downloads and in-browser Flash streaming.
Picture quality is pretty good and galleries are broken down into Glamour, Amateur, and Girlfriend sections.
Galleries/videos are date-stamped with update information showing when they were added to the site.

The Cons

Majority of Videos are in Low Quality MPEG Clips.

Well over half of the videos are available in low quality MPEG clips with no other options available. Even some of the newer videos are broken into parts although usually just 2 or 3 as compared to the older ones which have way too many short clips of under 10MB. This really detracts from the value of Sunny's movie collection.

Videos Section Has No Categorization, Jumbled Collection.

Unlike the picture section which has some breakdown there isn't anything like that for the videos. Things are just listed chronologically so it's a real mixed bag of hardcore scenes alongside behind-the-scenes stuff. With a couple hundred movies some sort of categorization is in order.

No Zip Files for the Picture Galleries.

No zip files or picture options are available which is disappointing. Just like with the videos having the MPEG clips on older videos the lack of picture zip files is a negative for the galleries. Fans of Sunny would probably like to save the files to their computer which is why I was surprised there were no zips.

Minor Negatives:

The webcam archive of past shows doesn't have any recent additions.
There is no simple update log with a list of recent additions and dates items were added.
Some links to outside sites, video on demand, store, and other upsells.

Bottom Line

Sunny has 100's of picture galleries & videos although video quality is a weakness for many movies.

Quantity wise Sunny does well and she seems to be keeping her blog active as well. It's clear that the site made a switch in terms of video quality and options recently which have really helped improve the options on newer videos. The one issue really holding the site back is that the majority of videos are in the low quality MPEG clips. The lack of zips on the photo galleries goes along with that in terms of not having the download options I was expecting. So while she has a nice archive of content the options hold her back.
