Intro

Today I'm getting another look at 18 Closeup, my first re-review of this site in 2012. I was impressed at the time of the quality of the collection and was thrilled to see they've continued to upgrade the quality and specs are better than ever. The focus of the site remains on extreme closeups of hot girls masturbating, and the price is still set at $30 a month.

The Pros

Hot, exclusive collection.

These are all exclusive scenes featuring hot, young models getting up close and personal with the camera. The lens gets right in there, capturing every bead of moisture as she gets started to every muscle quiver as she cums. You'll see dildos, vibrators, anal beads, speculums, gaping, lesbian play, fingering, and the like. It's a sexy masturbation collection with some fantastic closeups that you won't find anywhere else.

High quality scenes.

Quality has always been a strength of the site, and they've offered high definition from the very beginning. However, their latest scenes are truly breathtaking. They offer extra high definition videos that play at 12,500k and are 1920 x 1080 in size. They look excellent. The photos are no less beautiful, coming in at 5600 x 3700 and just as sharp.

Good-sized site.

18 Closeup has been around since 2007 and they've been updated consistently throughout that time. There are currently 627 video clips online. Each clip is part of a scene and there are usually 4 or so clips per scene. The clips are usually 7 or 8 minutes long, so there's quite a bit of video content to enjoy here.

Easy to navigate.

This is a nicely designed site that is very easy to navigate. First off, it's very clean, with no ads or distractions. As far as tools go, there's a dated index, a model index, categories, and a search tool that lets you sort by date, model, and duration.

Other Good Stuff:

There are several options for viewing the videos. The latest scenes can be streamed in browser using Flash and downloaded as an mp4 and as a wmv, each in two quality settings.
Each scene has a description, date, file sizes, and run times, and the models have brief biographies.
Photos can be downloaded in zip files.

The Cons

Small photo section.

The fifteen photo galleries here really seem to be more of an afterthought. The section is only updated every few months and it's very random when an update is posted. It's a shame because these photos are beautiful and a huge step up from their vidcap galleries.

Older scenes not quite as sharp.

The oldest scenes were posted in 2007 and they max out as 1280 x 720 wmvs. There are no HD mp4 options from back then. They don't look bad by any means, but they're a far cry from the 12,000k 1920 x 1080 scenes they're adding now.

Minor Negatives:

There is a daily download limit of 10GB per day or 5GB per session. Those figures are fairly generous until you consider that these moves come close to 1GB each.
Video updates come in segments. While it may look like your'e getting a new scene every four days, you're actually only getting a part of a scene that often and you may have to wait a week or more for the next installment.

Bottom Line

A hot collection of super HD exclusive closeup scenes.

18 Closeup continues to impress, with super high quality exclusive scenes. Closeup fans are going to loves these tight videos, and anyone can appreciate the user-friendliness of the site. The price is right, at $30 a month, and about they only thing I'd like to see done differently is a move away from segmented scenes. Otherwise, this remains an excellent join for fans of closeup hotness.
