Low-Priced 360 Degrees Porn
Before I had even tried VR porn I just assumed that the videos were 360 degrees immersive. Well, it didn't take long to see that that wasn't the case for most VR videos and that 180 degrees seems to be the standard. Well, Virtual Porn 360 lives up to its name in that respect since each movie I checked out was 360 in that I could turn around completely and look up and down and see the entire room in which I was virtually located. That was really cool. And so was the $10 monthly membership fee!
HD Videos
The room and the girls you're checking out as you spin around your 360 degree environment will definitely look good given that everything is in HD and some scenes are even rocking 4K files. To put it simply, the video quality here is definitely not an issue!
The collection isn't dated, but they claim to add 2-5 videos per week. I can't confirm it at this point, but that's a nice schedule.
The videos are compatible with multiple devices, like Gear VR, Cardboard, Oculus and Vive.
The site looks good and getting around is not a problem. There's a basic search, a category list and tags with each scene. They also have a blog that covers VR news with information and tutorials for various headsets.
They have a couple scenes they call "interactive." No, this doesn't mean you can actually reach out and touch the girls or control their actions. But when the scene starts, you get the option of multiple girls and you can select the one you want. It isn't that revolutionary, but it is something a little different.
Watching the Videos
If you're using a Gear VR - as I am - you know that in order to watch the videos you need to download them onto your compatible phone and get them into a special folder (you do have the option to stream them on the mobile site within your VR, but the viewing options aren't as good). Normally I can browse the site within my headset and download the videos right to my phone. However, the mobile version of Virtual Porn 360 doesn't offer download links so I had to do it on my computer and then transfer the videos to my phone. It's only one extra step, but it added a bit of time to the experience and can create other issues (for example, my USB cable wasn't working for some reason so I had to come up with another way to transfer the vids onto the phone).
I have to say that although I loved the 360 aspect, the scenes I checked out didn't feel as immersive as ones I've experienced on other sites. I tried every setting (and as you know there are a lot of them), but none of them added that 3D element that made it feel as though I could touch or interact with the babes. To be honest I'm not sure if that's a filming technique or a technology setting, but that aspect of my experience wasn't as good as I've had elsewhere.
The 360 is a standout feature, but the scenes don't feel as immersive.
Like I mentioned in the review, I'm not exactly sure what they're doing that makes their scenes feel less immersive, but that would be something I recommend they work on. Besides that the quality is high, the 360 degree feature stands out from the crowd and the monthly price is really low!
