The site offers up downloadable scenes and photo sets with hardcore tranny action of all different popular niches. Guests can get a good feel for the content form the guest tour where you can browse the model listing as well as look at a lot of the included DVDs/scenes. Tranny Box's tagline is 'The World's Greatest Online Girls Collection'. That's a lofty statement to be sure and what I'd say is they do have a solid archive of hardcore tranny movies with a nice section of photo galleries to compliment the movies.
Tranny DVDs/Photos, Lots of Hardcore & Many Niches.
Tranny Box has an impressive archive of DVD movies from Devil's Film. The DVDs and video scenes are the centerpiece of the site with all sorts of tranny action and most of it is hardcore. You can find white, latin, and asian trannies in action with guys and other tgirls. There are section of softcore and solo action but those are really in the minority - it's mostly about the hardcore here.
Large Sized Collection, More Video than Photo Content.
There are over twelve hundred individual scenes at the time of this review and the number of photo galleries is well into the hundreds as well. For a DVD based download site based around one studio they do really well in terms of quantity.
HD Newer Videos, Full-Scene Downloads & Flash Streaming.
Video options feature full scene MP4 files for downloading and then the older shoots have WMV instead. Those are fine options and they have in-browser Flash streaming across the board. The newer MP4 have HD specs of 1280x720 5000k. Photo galleries do have both online images and gallery zips.
All video scene and DVD movies are clearly date-stamped with update info showing when they were added to the site.
There are dozens niche categories for browsing. They also have browse by scene or full DVD movie. The photos are in a separate section all to themselves.
Front and back box covers are shown for the DVD movies. They have running time length and written descriptions too.
Mix of Content, Some Non-Exclusive DVD Material.
Tranny Box revolves around DVD Devil's Film content so it is original to this studio but not totally exclusive. They don't mark or tag any movies that might be exclusive to the site. As is standard on DVD sites you do get a mix her in that some titles or series have only some of the releases or volumes available.
Older Videos in Standard Quality, Could Use More Options.
The newer videos are the ones that have the HD specs and once you get past those there are just standard-def quality levels. You'll also find the older scenes in WMV instead of MP4. For a movie-focused site they could ramp up the formatting and quality options to give user more choice.
Update can lag. At the time of this review they've hit a dry spell with no additions in over a month. There's a large collection in place so the impact is more marginal than it would be on other sites but still I'd like to see steady uninterrupted updates.
Unlike the videos the photo galleries aren't date-stamped with any update details. It's not clear how often or when they update the photo portion of the site.
There is no file size information on the video or gallery zip downloads.
A very solid Tranny DVD download site with a large collection of videos & photo galleries as well.
Tranny Box delivers nicely with their DVD archive that also has a respectable amount of photo galleries too. It's a lot of hardcore Tranny action. Basically if you like the samples that are highlighted on the guest tour then the collection in the member's area should be something you'll enjoy.
