The site is part of the Teen Mega World network and in fact They Didn't Know was only active between 2007-09 so it's a small site and the network plays a significant role here. The site really wouldn't function well without that bonus collection.
Content revolves around video scenes with solo girl or hardcore girl/guy banging. The voyeur theme is played up with outdoor sex or a girl in a shower, tanning bed, etc. The shoots are sometimes in color and other times B&W.
Video quality comes in at high-def levels of 1280x720 on the WMV files. There are also a couple other standard-def levels and then a high quality Flash player. The specs are nice but a voyeur site like this such high quality videos might detract from the voyeur theme a bit.
Network access is included to the Teen Mega World collection. With They Didn't Know being such a small sized site the bonus sites are a big part of the package here.

They Didn't Know is a small sized site with just over forty total scenes. The network sites help offset this by giving members more content however on the network I looked around and didn't see a niche section dedicated to voyeur. I'm not sure how much additional similar voyeur type content you'll be able to find there as the network is more of a general Euro teen themed collection.
Things were active here between 2007 and 2009 only so it's been a handful of years now since there has been any activity in terms of new content. The site is just an archive collection now and will remain as-is.
Authentic voyeur porn is kind of rare and this site falls more in the produced voyeur style. They rely on outdoor locations, B&W shoots, or bad camera angles to sort of imply a voyeur camera filming unaware performers. I'm not sure how appealing this stuff will be for die hard voyeur fans.
Picture galleries are only in zip files. They don't have any online viewing for the photos.
There is a user comments/feedback tool but not very much activity there.
They Didn't Know should be viewed as one part of the company's larger network that comes with membership. The voyeur style is hit-and-miss with more of a produced look rather than true hidden camera type shoots. The site is in-active in terms of updates so it's a small cog in the network.
