Really take a look at all the bonus sites you get access to as there isn't necessarily a ton to see here. The bonus network material could be quite important to help make your membership more worthwhile.

Semi-unique self-shot scenes.

The theme of the site is about the one thing that helps them stand out from the crowd at all. All of the scenes feature a solo girl shooting content of herself, which is kind of a special thing. You get a glimpse into her life and what she'll do on camera while she's all by herself.

No updates in a few months.

The site didn't start all that long ago, just a year or so in June, 2013, but they've already stopped updating it looks like. The last updates were in March, 2014 at this point, which is just 2.5 months ago, but things seemed pretty consistent before that.

Quality needs work.

Nothing looks all that great here unfortunately. Everything comes in SD in terms of the videos, and people are obviously using a variety of home camera equipment, so things vary a lot there too. All in all, the quality could definitely be better.

Navigation isn't great.

The site is large enough that they could probably use some more advanced features to help us out here. Unfortunately, everything is very plain here, and even too cluttered to really get comfortable. From logging in to the main network page first, to having some of my screen cut off, to having a category search that only brings up network scenes (and not just for this site), things are just more difficult than they need to be.

I'm not 100% sure on the exclusivity here, but my guess is that it may not be totally exclusive to this site.

Self Shot 18 got the job done, but just barely for me in the end. The numbers are pretty middle of the road, and without any recent updates, it's tough to get real excited about sticking around. The quality also isn't up to par, and navigation isn't that great either. Like I said, it could work, though there are a lot of things holding them back. I'd consider this more of a one-off join, or a bonus network site rather than a site I'd want to join and remain a member for years.
