The site is part of a network so members get the company's full array of individual girl sites and then there are also a few other more general niche sites in the mix too. The network is All Teen Rev Pass.
Kelly is a cute blonde girl with perky breasts and definitely has the girl-next-door look. She has a collection of photos and videos of her in solo striptease, masturbation, and girl/girl. The included network is a big part of the equation here since Kelly has only a handful of galleries/videos and most of the other sites are similar solo models like Kelly.
Photos are nice quality with large sizes coming in around 1392x928.
Something is funky on Kelly's site with the videos. The rest of the network sites have WMV streaming and then also WMV downloads that work. Here Kelly's download links seem broken as they always redirect to the guest tour which is really poor site management. This has obviously been the case for some time as our TBP content fact managers noted the same thing in the site facts section above and they posted that info months before I conducted this review.
The update information doesn't seem to be accurate even though they do have a recent and upcoming update posted in the member's area. The fact is the grand total of Kelly's video and gallery count is barley higher than one dozen. The site is just very small and completely relies on the network to make up for this.
The guest tour has Twitter and Facebook logos however that seems totally bogus as there is absolutely no mention of those inside the member's area. There is simply no interaction with Kelly at all so those icons on the guest tour are misleading as this is simply a photo and video site.
There aren't any content, scene descriptions, or background info on Kelly or her friends. For a solo amateur site the collection feels quite stale.
The member's area has some broken images. There is also live webcam advertisement, join page cross-sells, and the trial is limited access.
There are not any photo zip files for downloading the galleries.
Lil Kelly is the smallest site in the All Teen Rev Pass network. Really it has to be looked at as one part of that larger collection. There simply isn't enough content here for it to work by itself. The lack of video downloads which isn't the case on other network sites really isn't helping things either. Kelly's site is simply sub-par in a number of fundamental ways which would need to be attended to before the site would have real value.
