Options have changed from this company over the years and now they have just the one MP4 option for downloading. That is limited compared to what we see nowadays. Users only get 15 downloads per month from the network so that is a pretty restrictive limitation. Nowadays surfers want free reign to save content that's not permitted here.

Along with the small collection and lack of updates the download limit is really going to be a negative for most users. That goes against the grain from what users want and expect nowadays so it impacts the value in a significant way.
