Pretty unique gay medical scenes.

The fetish content here is definitely one of the main draws of the site. The guys getting the exam will strip nude, be asked to pee in a cup, be asked to jerk off, have their rectum probed, and the rest of their body examined. There's not much interaction between the two guys, but it's definitely a gay-related site.

All videos come in HD.

As you can tell from the title of the site, everything here is offered in high definition. There's actually only a single download option in the HD, and the videos look pretty nice overall.

Their content seems to be exclusive here, from what I can tell.

Extremely tiny site.

There are seven scenes up on the site currently, and that's it. They're not growing, and I can't imagine any more content will come in the future. So you have maybe 2-3 day's worth of entertainment here, and then you're kinda stuck. Each video almost costs $6 to watch, lol.

Doesn't seem to be updating.

They don't put any dates on the content or anything, but we haven't seen any growth in at least five months here (maybe more). With such a small collection already, the lack of growth is basically the nail in the coffin. I just don't see a huge reason to check this site out with the high price and lack of content.

Downloads only come in a single WMV option here. I'd love to see more video types, more quality levels, small clips, etc.

The site is very expensive here at $40 a month. On top of that, I just don't feel you get much for your money. Even $30 a month would be too high for me.

The "streaming" video they have here is actually just an in-browser Flash video, as you can't jump around the video right away unfortunately.

While they have videos, there are no actual digital photos here at all, which may disappoint some.

HD Medical Exams is unique with what they provide, but the site is incredibly small, so it's probably not worth your time. All seven scenes can be seen in your first day or two here, and then you're stuck without any future updates. The scenes look decent in high definition, and the medical fetish stuff is different at least, but the size is the big problem. The lack of updates doesn't help, and neither do the high price tag and lack of network access. For the money, I'd guess you can find someplace better to spend it that will provide you with more to see.
