(see Cost Notes)Escort Mag is up for review today, and it's actually a pretty confusing site to try to put a finger on. It looks like they feature British content, though I'm not sure exactly where this content comes from. There's a place to meet the girls, and a place to rate other peoples wives evidently. It's based on what looks like an actual magazine, though it could only be in online form. Honestly, I'm just really confused when first looking around the site here, which is never a good way to start things off. Membership is £4.99 a month (just over $9), but they plan on raising this in the future as they add more sites (and if I'm reading correctly, you're not grandfathered in at this rate or anything).
Honestly, I'm not even 100% sure, but the content at least seems exclusive here. Of course the user-submitted stuff may not be, but the magazine material seems it to me.
For the time being, you can get in for under $10 a month, which isn't too bad at all. Of course, that's due to go up as they add more sites, but enjoy it for now at least.
The dates are a little tough to get lined up and figure out, but new stuff is put up regularly for sure, so hopefully the site will continue to grow.
Their tags and search tools are nice to have to narrow the content down a bit.
For having just pictures, and hardly any videos, I'm not sure how they made it so confusing to get around. There's magazine issues, models, a search, but nothing flows well. You're clicking on random icons that mean nothing to me, and hoping there are naked girls on the other side. I think they need to add just a basic picture section, with all the shoots listed in order as a good starting point.
I guess if it's a magazine, you can't really put videos in there, but the website has that option of course. I couldn't really find any videos here, though there's one or two floating around for sure that we know of.
This is especially true when you view an image in landscape format (horizontal) as they get down to 720x478, which is just tiny. The quality is decent, but they're way too small.
The site is really slow to get around. I don't know if they have scripts taking a while to load or what, but it's pretty annoying when you're used to speedy sites.
There are no zip files for the gallery here, which I guess isn't too surprising with the lack of options here.
On top of the poor navigation, I'd call the design a bit cheesy here as well, with the bright colors not doing much for me.
The option to view an image in full screen just plain doesn't work right now. There's a coding error, and no image pops up. I did find the URL to the images, but they were the same (small) size as on the site, so there's no real point.
After spending some good time here at Escort Mag, I'm just as confused as ever honestly. It's so difficult to get around the site that it just makes it not worthwhile at all. The pictures are just okay, and I'm sure you can find similar stuff elsewhere. The one good thing they have going is pretty regular updates, but what good is that if the site just doesn't do it for me? With such a confusing site, small pictures, barely any videos, and a lackluster design, it just doesn't work for me. Simplify things up a ton to make browsing the photos quicker and easier, and then start adding options and info galore to spice things up here.
