The professionally photographed "art" is the work of erotic photographer, Kelly Michael Charles Lind (Kelly Lind). "Fusing glamour, fetish, and fashion imagery, Lind has developed a truly unique style that captures beautiful women in a whole new light." Essentially this site is the former LellyLind.com; "same great content, just more of it." A few words about his site mentioned in the previous review of KellyLind.com: He claims that his site "sets a new standard in quality, artistic merit, and good old fashioned raunch" and I must admit he's quite right when it comes to the artistic merit part as I happen to love the style and use of contrast in his photography. You can find much of his works on such Internet websites as Eve Navarro, Candice Diaz, Ariel X and many more. Updates have slowed quite a bit and most recently are best described as sporadic. However, users can expect to see over 45,945 images and 250 videos in the archives for a reasonable $19.95 per month.
Exclusive & Uniquely Artistic Content.
The photo's section breaks down content into categories: artistic nudes, fetish, glamour, toys, experimental, girlfriends, innocents and women in bloom. While the type of content you'll find here is mainly softcore, there is quite a bit of fetish material, nudes and even a few ultra erotic toys/masturbation. The photography is inventive and professional, offering a great deal of colors, contrasts, creative close-ups and a nice range of focus. I think what you will find most unique about Lind's photography is the high contrast style he uses to create a sense of drama, style and edgy beauty to it. The videos are where you'll find more erotic content like 2-3 girls playing with each other sensually, lots of behind the scenes content, confessions, strip teases, plenty more fetish material, toys, etc.
While the images themselves are rather small, the quality of the picture is great!
Browsing tools include a model index, content categories and a few keyword tags.
Kelly Lind keeps an journal which is an entertaining and interesting read. Updates aren't always consistent, but I enjoyed going through the archives too.
Video Quality & Image Size Needs a Major Upgrade.
In my old review I have listed larger formats available for the photosets, but they were nowhere to be found this visit. Images come in at an extremely small 700x562 pixels, and while they look great quality/color-wise, they're just too damn small. Video quality hasn't been touched in years, clearly! 500k streams with poor quality picture just won't cut it anymore. It's a shame too, these were some fun videos.
Updates Have Slowed And Are Barely Being Added.
What happened here? Erotique Digitale used to update something like 5 times per week, but more recently new updates are only being added about 2-3 times per month, while July 2009 saw no updates at all. Back in April 2009 updates were consistent at 2x per week, May 2009 appears to be where the inconsistencies began.
Site Design Could Use an Update.
The member's area design is looking outdated. What you see in the tour doesn't translate over into the member's area. While the functionality of the site still works okay, a little sprucing up is in order for sure.
Many of the zip files for the image sets didn't work for me. It took quite a while for me to find one that would work, actually.
No Model Bios. Limited content information is given from time to time, but rarely. However, no model bio infos are listed in the model index.
Updates have slowed but the artistic work of Lind remains & quality needs an upgrade.
I loved Erotique Digitale back when we first looked at it in 2005. Unfortunately it's been 4 years since then and I don't think Kelly Lind has been able to keep up with the times. While his site remains a decent archive of his unique photography, I think it's safe to say he's moved on to other things. The pictures and videos are unique, but of course won't be for everyone due to their softer nature. I loved the image sets, however! Overall the price is decent if you're interested, but don't expect the same sort of quality or consistency in updates that you would from other sites.
