For the most part, quality is not a strength of the site. The videos are 720 x 480 in size and they play at around 1800k. They look really amateur. There's a lot of room for quality improvement here.
Oddly enough, there's no way to join this site for a single month. You have to purchase 3 months at a cost of $60. This was disappointing to find.
There are no zip downloads for photos.
The site design could be better. There aren't really many graphics, just ads for other sites. It's a basic design that gets a little cluttered with outside links at times.
I'm going to recommend passing on Black Cougars. The site is small and inactive and the content quality is out of date. If it was $10, then maybe it's worth a look. But when your cheapest option is $60, there's no way I can see joining. If you're already a member of Filth Freaks, check it out, but don't pay any extra for this site.
